About this property

Bright, spacious and comfortable two story condo with two large bedrooms on the second floor. Mountain views from the master and small deck off the second bedroom. This is an end unit in a lovely complex, a short walk to town and the beach. Enjoy the pool, soak in the hot tub, walk to the many restaurants in town and play at "The World's Safest Beach". Minimum 30 day stay. But occasionally one and two week stays are available. We would like to rent from 1 to 6 months.

The space
Comfortable space, nice size bedrooms and well appointed, efficient kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Guest access
you have access to two parking spaces ( one covered), the pool, the hot tub, washer dryer inside our unit, and the private patio ( seen in photos )
