The amenities include (to name a few) a heated swimming pool, sand beach, fishing, internet, cable TV, golf, tennis, pickleball, and hiking trails! It is at an elevation of 3600 feet, so mountain breezes and fresh air abound. It has 2 BR, 2 BA, a living room including a queen sleep sofa, kitchen, dining area, and a small deck with a grill, smoker, and gas firepit. There is a new Smart TV in the family room and in the master bedroom, for your viewing/streaming pleasure. The property has a long driveway that will hold a large RV with 50A electric hookups, along with plenty of parking for cars. The front yard features a fire pit with Adirondack chairs (kids-sized, too). There is a dog-friendly fenced-in backyard complete with a doggie door. The cottage is dated and will be refurbished next year. Please don't expect a sexy new luxury cabin. What you CAN expect is a clean, smoke-free, functional, warm, and cozy place to relax and enjoy the High Country at an affordable price!!!!
