Wonderful place to stay. We especially enjoyed the veranda each morning delighted by the bird life (25 species one morning). Our hosts were kind and generous installing a grab bar in the shower and making certain we had what we needed. We are grateful for a month’s stay on their beautiful property.

I had a wonderful 1 month stay in the casita and could not have been more comfortable. Joanna is an exceptional host; very communicative and accommodating. The property is beautifully serene and well kept.Very glad I had the privilege of staying here.Highly recommend.

Paradise in Santa Barbara

I had a wonderful stay at Joanna’s guest house in Santa Barbara. The property is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, with charming touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Joanna was an exceptional host—warm, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. Her attention to detail and hospitality made the entire experience seamless and relaxing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Santa Barbara. Would absolutely stay again!

Like No Other

There aren’t many properties like this. Fiora Della Vita is truly a gem in the Upper Riviera. Everywhere that You look from inside the “casita” or out on the terrace next to a lovely little vineyard and the City below is heaven. A great place to relax with access so close to so much of Santa Barbara. Once you enter through the gates you know that you picked the right spot. Joanna was a great property manager who goes out of Her way to make sure that your stay is the best that it can be. I felt as though I was in the Mediterranean.

It's a comfortable room, kitchen and bathroom all on a quiet property. There was some nearby chickens but they never bothered me. Room does get warm in the day when it's hot out and no A/C unit. But this isn't a problem when it has fans and gets cool at night. Also, it's up on the mountain so be ready to drive up some narrow roads.For a small get away that feels like home it's perfect. The patio was great during the day to enjoy the cool breeze
