House was great and perfect for a group of 3 moms and daughters. Location was perfect. Don’t be alarmed by the neighborhood as it’s very quiet.Freezer does not have an ice maker or ice trays so that was the only inconvenience that we had.
Unless you sleep 4 to each king size bed you will need extra beds (air mattress) to sleep 12. The house is roomy, the beds and bedding were comfortable. Kitchen is beautiful and decor is very soothing and pleasant. Backyard is smaller than it looks on pictures but accommodating. Neighborhood convenience stores are sketchy. Within 2 miles you will find nice coffee shops and supermarkets.
We went to visit our son and his family in Hanahan. This place was very convenient to get to their place. The place was immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. The bathroom towels were big and very fluffy, much better than any hotel I've been in lately. I like to read in bed at night and I wished there was a table lamp by the bed.We will definitely rent this place again when we go visit our son.
This was a great place to stay! My husband and I invited my two brothers to join us for a nearby Shark Tooth Hunt with Seas the Day Charleston Charters. The three bedrooms are spacious and the double garage allowed us to park inside providing extra piece of mind. The open concept living space kept the card cheating to a minimum - no switching cards while someone went to get a snack from the kitchen - haha! Just kidding! Communication with Ian was quick, and he is a great host. Two thumbs up!

The house was very nice and it was very clean. The neighborhood was a run down but was very quiet. The owner was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. It was our first visit to Charleston and we would definitely rent this house again if we came back.
Clean well laid out space. Just wish there was a few more pillows and a bedside lamp Would definitely stay here again and recommend

Great house
The home was spacious and clean. The sleeping arrangements were only 3 king skze beds, so we did have to bring air matresses to make it work for our group.Great communication.
The house had plenty of room for our family and was extremely clean. Had some good family dinners there and the back yard was nice to hangout in. Would recommend staying here.
Perfect house for our Charleston visit. Nice big bedrooms and great bathrooms. Towel bars need to be fixed, otherwise a great stay. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but we had no trouble.

Thank you, Kim! It was a great pleasure hosting you.
Driving down the street looks a run down but it looks as if they are trying to rebuild the neighborhood. This property is very nice and one of the cleanest I’ve ever rented. It is close to shopping and plenty of places to eat. The beds were comfy and having 3 king beds was great! We didn’t spend a lot of time at the townhome as we were in town for a wedding but seemed stocked with whatever you would need.
Brand new property close to anything you need while in Charleston
My best friend and I were in town briefly for a book signing convention and absolutely adored this spot. It had almost everything you needed, just a few small little touches would make it absolutely perfect. You can tell the property is brand new.

Thank you for staying with us Nicole and we so appreciate the feedback!! We are implementing all of your kind (privately messaged) suggestions. Thanks again!
We stayed here for only a couple of days to attend a funeral in Mt Pleasant. The location was very convenient to the interstate and lots of dining and shopping options. The neighborhood appears to be undergoing updating and some new housing but was quiet and felt safe. The house is very clean and rooms are spacious.
This was a great place for my family of 4 adults and 5 kids to stay! The house was centrally located from the spots that we wanted to visit throughout the local area. The beds were really comfortable and the towels were nice. Having the amenities of a kitchen to cook meals and a washer and dryer was very nice. And having the garage was a plus! The neighborhood was quiet and easy to access from the highway.
Ian, the owner, responded quickly any time I reached out and was amazing in helping us out when I realized I had selected the wrong date to leave. This was a stress free vacation and we would stay here again.
The isnside is beautiful. It looks newly redone. I would have loved to have bedside tables as it is hard to navigate your surroundings in unfamiliar places in the complete dark. Also, the door with the full window downstairs is creepy at night without anyway to close it. People can see right in.
The property was very nice but the surrounding neighborhood was not so much. A lot of dilapidated and not well maintained properties were around the house so when we drove up, it made our family a little nervous. However thenproperty itself was very nice and a full garage was a comfort to keep our car in. The central location was also a positive as it was easy to get wherever we wanted to go. All in all it was a good stay and we never felt unsafe or anything, just surprised at the neighborhood upon arrival.
