Welcome to your cozy retreat nestled in the heart of the stunning San Juan mountains, and just minutes away from Purgatory Ski Resort. This updated condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, while being a short 25 miles from the charming town of Durango. Relax in style in our cozy living room, unwind by the fireplace after a day of adventure, or step out onto the patio to savor the crisp mountain air. With easy access to skiing, hiking, and all the wonders of the San Juan Mountains, your unforgettable Colorado getaway awaits at our mountain retreat.

Our first level condo is located in the Silverpick Village community just south of Purgatory Mountain Resort. This comfortable condo has accommodations for 2 and provides:

- 1 cozy king bed

- 1 full bathroom

- large living/dining room w/ fireplace and free firewood

- fully stocked kitchen and propane grill

- washer/dryer

- free WIFI

During your stay you'll also have access to the shared hot tub only steps from the door. We also provide coffee (k-cups and ground coffee) and tea free of charge. There is a dual Keurig/drip coffee maker for your use, as well as an array of cookware and spices.

Enjoy ease of access to downtown Durango (25 miles south), or take in all that the San Juans have to offer with nearby alpine mountain biking, hiking trails, skiing, and fishing.

San Juan Trail Running Adventure

Excellent central location as headquarters with access to high altitude hiking trekking and running trails in the San Juan mountains. No trip is complete without concluding a day in the mountains at The Nugget Bar and take out pizza from famous Ye Old School House Pizza.

Peace and tranquility

Lovely property in a quiet, tranquil setting. Very peaceful, beautiful setting and easy in/out. We had several deer wander on the slope right off the patio, and was well-stocked with everything we might need. Would happily stay again.

Condo was very well appointed, beautiful, quiet and very comfortably furnished. Every possible extra was provided in terms of supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. Host was very responsive when the coffemakjer did not work, replacing it within hours.

Very special place!

Wow, this condo near Purgatory was so perfect for us. We wish we could have stayed longer! Ross was a great communicator throughout the reservation process and our stay. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were plush, and the kitchen is amazingly well-stocked. It was just a minute drive to Purgatory and very conveniently located. We thought we might have to go up stairs with our gear, but this unit is at ground-level to the parking.
