Incredible 3800 sf Home - Sleeps 16!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located modern home. Downtown is a quick 10-15 min drive. Parks for recreation are walking distance. The slopes are 45 minutes away. Grocery store is 2 blocks away. With 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 4 living rooms, and lots of space there is plenty of room for every family member to enjoy. You will leave relaxed and rejuvenated. (There is a 10% city occupancy tax to be collected upon booking. Wheat Ridge License #020562)

The house is a duplex. The north unit is occupied by a tenant who helps to oversee the upkeep.

You will have access to the main house and yard. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 living rooms and 3 full bathrooms.

Quiet suburban area but close to everything. There is an apartment complex in the back but they are super mellow and very quiet.

Parking off street for 8 cars is available
Please be respectful to our neighbors - quiet hours 10:30pm - 7am

Trampoline, tree house, fire pit and creek that runs along the back side are all play `your own risk`. The trampoline does have wood on the side but there are gaps- please warn of stepping through and hurting leg.

There is absolutely NO SMOKING and NO PARTIES allowed.

If you `break it`, you just `bought it`.

Host was great with communication. Nice easy check in and check out worked perfectly with our busy schedule down in denver. Wonderful three bathrooms with lots of towels. Fit our big group perfectly. Visited in the winter time and was great to have extra blankets provided. Everything we could ask for in a house while visiting denver. Will definitely be checking availability when we come back.

Great House Size

Came to Denver for our daughter’s graduation from law school. Was great space for everyone to be in one place. Enjoyed having the indoor and outdoor living space.

New years stay

The house was everything we could ask for. We came to town on a new years vacation joined by our extended family. The house is super roomy but also has areas large groups can gather around comfortably in. Communication with Stefanie was quick and easy. We beyond enjoyed our stay here and would definitely love to do it again, thank you!

Great Host

Chris and Nick both did a fantastic job working with us as we navigated the unknown while our son was in the NICU. When we were unsure how long we were going to stay they sent additional available properties and went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed. The place worked great as our home away from home while we were in Denver. Our older son loved playing in the backyard in the evenings.

Outside needs TLC. Info of description needs updated. No basketball hoops. We did enjoy the accommodations of the house. Great for large groups. House is close to everything!!!!

Price was nice! We stayed in late November. Walked into a 56 degree house. Had to search for thermostat to get the heat going. It appeared to be programmable by phone, so curious why it wasn't turned on for arrival day? The house is a maze with narrow hallways. The hallways are wide enough for a walker. FYI the "sunroom" in photos does not have heat except an electric portable, which allows cold air into the kitchen.All the bedrooms were very comfortable. There is no bathroom in basement with lots of sleeping area.Washer & dryer were great, although we opened washer to a load of towels that had been washed a while back and never put in dryer. Nice smell! The built-in microwave did not work, but no sign to let you know. Small micro on counter worked but very low/slow wattage.Rest of appliances were great. FYI bring your own K-cups.The house worked for us, but a little disappointing for first rental.

The house is a bit of a maze when first entering with 2 long hallways to get to the kitchen and bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are downstairs in the basement. There are some electrical issues in the house with switches taped to assist with using the correct one. The back den had an overhead fixture which had come out of the ceiling and hanging by a wire. There were holes in the walls in the back bedroom above the electrical outlets. The size and location of the property were good and we did enjoy our stay and did not request assistance for the above listed items as we were able to work around them. The property manager was responsive when the key was misplaced. The property is located in an interesting and convenient part of Denver.

Excellent

Plenty of space for our large group, mix of adults and teens. We came in from various states for a wedding, there were plenty of everything: plates & cups, laundry detergent, personal hygiene products, towels... There is a grocery store around the corner, but check the fridge and cupbords before you go! There were various condiments, cooking oils, etc available at the house. We had a freak hail and thunder storm blow through which caused a small issue at the house, no big deal and we took care of it, but the owner was quickly responsive to my message about it!

Clean and Spacious

Our group of eleven men enjoyed all the room and gathering places. However to advertise two Queens and Two Single Twins in the basement was a stretch. The two twins was a trundle bed. And the two queens were two large foam cushions on the floor. Big disappointment. The kitchen was well appointed with nice appliances, but was short on pots and pans and plastic storage containers. The back Master Bedroom was spacious but had no doors on the bathroom! Not acceptable! Parking was adequate for our 11 large motorcycles in the driveway, but .our four truck/trailer rigs had to park in the street, which happened to be open in front of several neighbors homes, so it worked out. Owner had good communication. Would like to give five stars but issues identified dropped our rating to four stars.

Great For Large Groups

House could use a little love, but it was perfect for what we needed. Great kitchen, plenty of rooms to sleep 10 full grown men, and all 3 bathrooms were in great working order. A few cosmetic issues, especially in the back yard. Fire pit and grill can use updating, but other than that a great stay!

Perfect for Big or Multi Families

We traveled with our extended family for Thanksgiving. This house was perfect. So much space so everyone could spread out and have their own area.

Family wedding

We had three families in town for a wedding and this house was perfect for us. It gave the kids a lot of room to play, and everyone had some privacy. The kitchen was great and everything was well supplied. Great location too!

Awesome house!

We had a great experience. The host, Stefanie was very nice and communicative. I had a few issues with booking and she was very helpful. The house is big which was perfect for our large group. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The back yard was so fun - we especially enjoyed the fire pit. I definitely recommend this place!

Lakewood visit

The property was perfect for traveling with our older kids. Everyone had their own space and areas to congregate. Three bathrooms was a plus. Everything was easy to find and labeled well. We were able to visit with local family too. Parking was awesome.
