We used this house for a staff retreat of 9 people. It could not have been more perfect. Lots of space to both spread out and collectively gather. We were able to have all meals together and had plenty of space to prepare. Great communication ahead of time and clear instructions. The lakefront setup is amazing and, if the weather had been better, we would have done most everything outside. Quiet community and perfect space for what we needed.

We had a great stay at this lake house. The house is large, spacious, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out and relax.The location is also really convenient. It's about 9 minutes from Food Lion and only around 5 minutes from a local gas station and store.We really enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table, and shuffleboard, and the dock was fantastic for both fishing and just relaxing by the water.If you’re looking to rent a boat, we highly recommend Thomson Toons LLC. Boat rentals can be difficult to find on the private/hot side of Lake Anna, and they were a great option.Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a great house for a lake getaway. We’d definitely recommend it.

We had a group of 12, and this house was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. We had a wonderful week on the lake. DV Rentals was great to work with for our pontoon rental. The host Daniel was a great communicator if we had questions he replied within minutes. The house had everything we needed, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, add other essentials. The main and upper floor bedrooms had their own private bathroom, The two rooms in the basement shared a bath. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. We look forward to coming back again in the future.

We stayed for a company retreat, the place was absolutely amazing. There were games for the kids, life jackets in all sizes for the lake, we were fully equipped for everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze, and checking out was perfect. We all had an amazing time here!

Great getaway with plenty room

House was great with plenty to do between paddle boards, kayaks, fishing, playing on the beach, and just relaxing! Deck was great as we were able to have lunch out on the water with the family. Dan, the owner of the rental company, was super easy to work with, prompt to respond with any questions and offered white glove service throughout the stay. We will definitely be coming back!

The Great Getaway

The property was very nice, everything was as described. The host were readily available to answer any questions we may have had. The location was only a two hour drive. The area was so peaceful. This was a much needed getaway for our family, we will definitely book again.

Great house!

We had a great time staying at this beautiful home and property. We vacationed here with a few families with children of varying ages. The house was clean and well-stocked. The property- right on the water- was perfect and allowed for lots of fun at the beach and with a pontoon boat, paddle boards, etc. The host was responsive and we had a fantastic time. Thanks!

It was awesome! Communication was always quick and friendly. Easy to understand instructions and expectations. The house was as described with plenty of room. Internet worked great. Everything was new and updated and in proper working order. Overall just a fantastic house. And the dock...goodness...it's worth it just for the dock!!! We had a blast.
