This man damaged my door with a cart, brought up so much luggage with the cart like he was moving in here, tried to bring his family members here, he broke my bathtub, he took a shower every day, stayed the entire time of the stay. He complained in back pain from before and then said that he fell in the room, broke a chair as well. Booked for one wanted to bring his whole family in to stay here. He broke the shower, I never got paid for the damages he caused to my unit, this man should not be on VRBO at all. He damages properties and never paid to me for the damages, extremely disrespectful to my property. His back was injured already and tried to claim that he damaged his back here, just dishonest, should not be on VRBO also damaged the elevator interior with a cart. I do not recommend this guest to anyone.

Absolute nightmare. Check in process had to be manually arranged, there was no good communication with the host. She said I had to either check the elevators or talk to security staff to get information about the rental. Had to leave after the guest night because of the horrible condition of the unit. Big bites, broken furniture, unwashed bed, stained mattress, duck taped floor. It was like a third world country residence.
