The space:

First Floor:
The first floor of the house boasts a gorgeous and newly renovated kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals or snacks during your stay. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a large dining room with seating for 8 or more, making it an ideal space for group meals or gatherings. The spacious living room, complete with a decorative fireplace, provides a cozy spot to unwind and relax. Additionally, there's a beautiful butler pantry (scullery) where you can conveniently stock up on your drinks. For added convenience, a half bathroom is located on this floor. To top it off, the peaceful front porch offers a serene space to sit back and relax.

Second Floor:
The second floor features three large and comfortable bedrooms, designed to ensure a restful night's sleep for everyone. There's also a versatile study/work area that doubles as a family or movie room, equipped with a large TV where your group can catch up, work, or enjoy a relaxing movie night. The bedrooms include:
- Bedroom 1: The master bedroom with a king-sized bed and an en-suite full bathroom.
- Bedroom 2: A spacious room with a king-sized bed.
- Bedroom 3: A cozy room featuring a queen-sized bed.
Guests on this floor can also enjoy a shared, spacious full bathroom. Additionally, for your convenience, there’s a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.

Third Floor:
The third floor provides additional sleeping accommodations with two comfortable and spacious bedrooms, each equipped with independent AC units to ensure personalized comfort.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire main house, ensuring plenty of space and comfort for your stay. However, please note that some closets marked as private are off-limits, as they contain personal or maintenance items.

Additionally, we kindly ask that you observe our strict policy against noise after 10 PM each night. This helps us maintain a peaceful environment and be respectful to our neighbors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Other things to note:
Our home is in a residential area, and we love our neighbors. We will not tolerate partying or neighbor/neighborhood disturbances.

There is a French basement apartment with a private entrance completely separated from the main house, which is occupied.

This property has a strict policy against noise after 10 PM nightly. It is important to us that we are good neighbors and a complement to the community.

There is an exterior camera that views the front door.
