What a wonderful experience from start to finish! This home was everything we hoped for and more. It was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The attention to detail truly made it feel like a home away from home.The location was fantastic, and the entire experience was seamless. The host was welcoming, accommodating, and clearly takes great pride in making sure guests have an exceptional stay.We made some wonderful memories here and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The house was amazing and Caleb was very responsive when I called with questions. It is centrally located, we were able to get to everything we wanted to do within 10-15 minutes, unless we had to make U-turns when not following navigation instructions. We would definitely rent the house again.

We booked this home for a visit with three grandparents, two daughters and us. The location was perfect as it was close to all the sites we wanted to see. Clean rooms and the well-stocked kitchen allowed for shared meals and restful evenings. The backyard offered a place to have quiet conversations under the Nashville sky and hot cups of coffee during the morning sunrise.

The description and pictures of this house match what is shown in the pictures. This house was perfect for the 5 adults in our family, as there were only a few stairs up to the front porch and no stairs inside. Everyone got to enjoy sleeping in their own bed and NO bunk beds were in the house, which was one of the reasons I picked this house! The home is decorated very nicely with really cool lights in all the rooms, and a true Nashville feel. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. There was enough space for all of us to sit on the couch and chair in the living room to watch a movie. The location was close to all the attractions that we wanted to see. Even though the house sits off of a main Blvd. the house sits far enough back that you really don't hear the traffic much, only the sirens when the emergency vehicles go by. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home to visitors!

Stopped in Nashville for a weekend with friends, and this home was a great stay! The host was in contact for our entire stay, the house was well kept before our arrival, and was a great distance from Broadway. Would definitely return!

Beautiful home

Very relaxing stay! Quiet home with a great outdoor space and beautifully decorated inside. Fully stocked kitchen and everything is spelled out in the house app for area restaurants, house amenities, things to do, etc. We drove downtown and parked near the capitol building (about 1+ miles), walked the river and down to Broadway. Lots to see and do in the area!

Beautiful and well-appointed property in a great location. There were five of us - one in her 80s who needed a low bed and a walk-in shower - this property had it all. The kitchen was a delight and had everything we needed. The living area comfy for hanging out together when we weren't out and about. Beds very comfortable. Just can't say enough good things. Caleb was great to work with, as well. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.
