This is a great house for a large family, especially multi generational. The pool house room and the carriage house give some separation for people that may get up early or go to bed lateI would note the room with the bunk beds is not a closed off bedroom, its more of a common area on the 2nd floor of the main housegreat kitchen, big living rooms for gathering together.The pool was a hit with our family, great size and very clean.The beach is just a couple blocks, the golf cart was very useful for transporting items and people down there. would stay again

It was a little confusing on the bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms outside in the separate building (pool house? carriage house?) Same building but called 2 different things in the description. They do have separate entrances. The house overall was great, but the pool and pool area seemed like it had not been cleaned/straightened up before we got there.Obviously to no one's fault, we had to evacuate early due to the hurricane, so that was a bummer. But overall, it was a fun time for the 2 days we were there. The golf cart was a definite plus for all our grandbabies!

Perfect stay

Love that we were just a few minutes to the beach. The house accommodated our party of 16. The only thing that needs to be updated are the bedroom arrangements. There is only one room with a queen bed and 2 bunk beds. Other than that we loved it there!

Rough start, Excellent finish

Prior renters really were abusive. Obvious they don’t hold to “leave nothing behind”. Especially don’t believe in “leave it better than it was”. What a mess! Too much to detail, but it was bad! Obvious too much the cleaning service to get this beautiful house back in order. Management got right on it though. We picked up trash, cleaned up a few things in and out, and got the pool in order. Then we had the best time ever! Will go back if they don’t raise the rent, (like I bet they will). Lot more house than what we paid for! And be more descriptive of the cottage! What a neat little set up for older kids (16+).
