Beautiful house for a family vacation. Well stocked and roomy kitchen, absolutely fantastic views off the deck, lots of space for everyone. The kids loved the hot tub and smores by the fire pit. Great hiking right from the house. Family had a great time!
This house is absolutely amazing and had everything we needed for our couples weekend getaway. The host was amazing in working with us and was very responsive to any questions or requests. I highly recommend this place. 10/10.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Very clean! Concerns were broken pool table, breaker kept tripping. It was very high up the mountain and we were on motorcycles. Could barely get up to cabin on motorcycles. The washing machine spin cycle was broken!

We are sorry to hear about the issues you had during your stay! This is the first we are hearing about these things. We wish we had been made aware during your stay and not after that you were having problems. We have a maintenance and housekeeping team that is always ready to attend to issues like this the moment they come up and we would have been happy to send them to check on these things immediately! We have alerted our team and are checking on these issues now. Regarding the drive up the mountain, we’re sorry you had an issue with your motorcycles. We will make a note of this in our welcome guide for future guests driving motorcycles. We do always strongly recommend that our guests use All Wheel Drive when navigating up the mountain for those sections of the mountain that can be more steep. Again, we are very sorry that you had these issues during your stay and we strongly encourage you in the future to reach out to us immediately during your stay so that we can make your visit to the mountains as comfortable and stress-free as possible!
Our family loved Serenity Mountain. Check-in was a breeze and the accommodations were lovely. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Our family of 11 was comfortable and loved the space that accommodated all of us just spending time together. Would highly recommend this home and surrounding properties in the future.
Perfect for our long weekend with friends! Plenty of space for everyone in the large family room with gas fireplace. Nice walks around property. Deck is beautiful. Game room and hot tub were a plus for our kids (all in their 20’s)! Great location. Thank you!!!
The home was perfect for our family of 13. Just the right number of bedrooms and living space so that we all had our own space but also felt connected. The area is beautiful with lots of activities for the family. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this home and will stay again next time we are in Maggie Valley. Thanks Griff Family
Everything was just as described. Plenty of parking for our 6 vehicles. Probably one of our favorite places we’ve stayed in the Maggie Valley area. Host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. 10/10 would recommend!!
We had a wonderful time celebrating Thanksgiving in this lovely home. The property was as described and outfitted with all the essentials for a great stay. We were a group of 15 including adults, teens and toddlers. The amenities were perfect for our stay and the host was very responsive when we had questions. Everyone had a great time. Thank you!
The cabin is very well located, with easy access to shops if necessary. It's beautiful, with many positive messages, large, super clean, and has everything you need in the kitchen. It's in very good condition, and has everything you need. The outdoor area, where you can watch the projector and have a campfire, is a great idea to share with the family. There are plenty of board games. We put together a 500-piece puzzle. It was a very fun and relaxing weekend with the family. We would definitely rent it again. 100% recommended.
The house was wonderful. We had 14 family members coming from different states. What a magical time. All mattresses were comfortable. There was enough space for all of us. We utilized the games, puzzles, and jacuzzi. We created many memorable moments on that back porch overlooking the mountains (even got a rainbow), cooking dinners for each other, and walking the wooded paths behind the house. Communication with Nicole was spot-on from beginning to end. Thank you.
The home is beautiful. The views are amazing. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and dining. The living room furniture is very comfortable for a large family. We enjoyed the hot tub. The ping pong table was a big hit. We even got to see a rainbow on our last day. There are plenty of options for dining and spaces for one to sit back and relax.
We had an issue with our initial booking with a another host. Nicole came to our aid and TOTALLY saved the Vacation for 8 travelers. The accommodations were way beyond our expectations first class all the way. Already planning on staying there again next year on our annual golfing trip. Call her the host with the most.
