This duplex is in a great location with private parking. The beds are very comfortable with clean linens. We stayed for 2 weeks and Evan was very responsive and helpful!

Just like HOME! Everything was as pictured. This place was so clean! Plenty of space and plenty of storage in the bedrooms, hallway and kitchen. Washer and dryer clean and easy to use. Nice quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Great Place to Stay!

My wife and I came up from Florida to see our son and daughter-in-law, and visit with our new granddaughter. The location of Evan’s place was ideal. The accommodations were 10/10, and the private parking for our car was great. The next time we visit, we will look at staying here.

Christmas with my family

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Our daughter was able to join us and she enjoyed staying here as much as we did. We will definitely stay here again when we visit our son and his girlfriend who live in Ohio.

Always A Great Place To Stay!

This is our third stay at Evan’s property. It has become our base for visiting our son, daughter in law and granddaughter. The home is in excellent condition and Evan always goes out of his way to ensure that we have a great visit. He even left the lights on for us this time, since we arrived after dark. Looking forward to our next stay.

Exactly What We Needed

The property is exactly as it is described. Very clean, with comfortable beds. Lots of restaurants close. We recommend locally owned Pizza House and Villa Nova

Visiting our son

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and comfortable. It was close up our son and when he and his girlfriend came to visit they enjoyed the starburst and skittles that were supplied by our host Evan. Evan was always available to answer questions and checked yo make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and kid friendly

The location was perfect. It was only a couple minutes from High St. Starbucks was only a minute down the street. I was also impressed with the baby items that were available to use such as a stroller, mini crib, pack n play, monitor, baby gate, and toddler dishes. It definitely made our stay more comfortable. I would stay here again. The host was very quick at responding and check in/out was easy.

Everything you will need

We stayed here while visiting our daughter who is attending Vet school at OSU. The home is well equipped and has everything you need at a home away from home. The home is nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. The ping pong table in the basement was a nice touch. The host Evan checked on us throughout our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed, Great property!
