We welcome you with a bottle of wine and snacks !

This condo is on one of the best locations on the mountain in Crested Butte.

Enjoy all the comforts of home in this spacious and newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo! It is great and safe for families.

Located on the ground floor, our condo is easily accessible, just steps from the hot tub, and has a clear panoramic view of the mountains.

Close to the base area, there are plenty of dining options, bars, coffee shop, rental shops and shopping.

For trips into the great town of Crested Butte where there are amazing restaurants and shopping, there is a free shuttle from the base area running often.

Remodeled unit. Our goal was to make a mountain contemporary condo with a comfortable, yet luxurious feel at an affordable price.

BEDROOMS- (sleep 4)

• Master bedroom has a queen size bed furnished with beautiful log furniture, and dresser. With a small Flat TV (with DVD)
• Guest bedroom contains 2 twin beds and a dresser. New mattresses (2021)

BATHROOMS

• Both have been completely gutted and remodeled.
• Master bathroom with upright shower, sink and toilet.
• Guest bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet.

KITCHEN

• Granite counter tops, sink, floor tile, and bar.
• Smooth top range with self-cleaning oven, refrigerator, over-the-range microwave, dishwasher, and disposer.
• Fully equipped with new serving plates, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans. ( everything you need for at home cooking)

LIVING/DINING ROOM

• Ample room for everyone/great space.
• Comfortable furnishings( including a sofa sleeper)
• Electric Fireplace with heater Infrared, with crackling sound
• 50” TV ( free satellite cable at your leisure)
• Beautiful dining table- seats 6 and up to 10 for larger gatherings.

OTHER AMENITIES

• Free wireless internet throughout unit - new additional internet access, faster and without restrictions, has been installed.
• Washer and dryer in unit
• Large south-facing, sunny deck with terrific view of Mount Crested Butte and surrounding peaks
• Hot tub available for guests overlooking Mount Crested Butte and surrounding peaks (Operating hours at the gate of the hot tub)
• Unit comes with one attached covered parking spot and one additional outdoor spot.

Great stay at a great location. Easy access to ski lifts and bus for travel to town. Having a garage is huge benefit during winter. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great condo in a great location with a great host!

This property is extremely clean, comfortable and conveniently located within walking distance to Mt. Crested Butte. Sylvain was very flexible with check-in/out times and very prompt in communications. I would highly recommend this stay to others and hope to visit it again in the future.

Great stay near the base of Crested Butte

I and several of my longtime friends rented this condo and it was perfect. The unit was clean and everything we needed to have a comfortable trip. The condo is about a 5-10 minute walk from the base of Crested Butte which is perfect for a ski trip.I highly recommend this condo and am interested in staying here again.

We had a great time! Close to the slopes and a great place to come back to at the end of the day. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed lounging on the couches in the evenings. It was nice to have a garage to park in too! We enjoyed the hot tub as well.

Great rental for the price and location. Only about 5 minute walk to ski lift! Missing a few amenities like hand soap in bathroom and Kleenex. Otherwise, great stay and would use again.

Roomy, clean and well equipped

The rental and check in process was easy. We even got the ok to check in a little early which was nice. The condo was very well equipped and clean with easy access to Mountaineer Square. There was some sound transfer between units, but not enough to be an issue. Also some noise from the construction work across the street. Overall a great place to stay.

Crested Butte Gem

We had such s wonderful stay! Owners communicated well right from the start. We were greeted with a nice bottle of wine our first night to enjoy with our view of the mountains off the front porch. Bottom unit made it easier to unload our stuff. We had all the things we would want for outdoor adventures right at our fingertips. easy walk down to Mount crested Butte to go on the chairlift or the shops there. Or just a drive up the road to find some trailheads to go for hikes. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed!

Great view from the porch!

Great view of the mountain from the unit’s spacious ground floor porch! The complex hot tub is a few steps away and has an even better view and was rarely occupied. Complex is delightfully small and showing a little age but well maintained. Sylvain’s unit has nice furnishings and is well stocked! This unit is nicer than the Vacasa unit that my parents were renting…. This is the sweet spot for location, view, amenities, and value. Sylvain responded promptly and was accommodating when we were able to checkin early!
