This place is perfect for the solo or couple! Right in the heart of Soulard. Plenty of places to eat or grab a beer as well as breakfast. Plenty of parking. Great AC and hot water.

Location was great! Awesome bars nearby and little private patio area for residents to relax outside. Walking distance to pubs, restaurants, gas station, Saturday market, etc. Ample parking on the street in front as well. Highly recommend to anyone stopping in for a weekend.

Location was great! Just understand that with any great location comes a lively atmosphere. The white noise sound machine is a nice touch. Activity at the local establishments did not bother us- nice to see Soulard thriving.

Joe was very helpful. He gave me tips on where to park, where to eat and some of their favorite grub around the neighborhood. The Soulaird neighborhood was very historically beautiful. I didnt realize the rich history the area has. The condo is close to downtown and I was able to walk or make short drive to bars, several restaurants and even the Arch national park, to walk the whole park. The condo had all the equipment I needed. Fully equipped kitchen for Cooking, morning coffee, fully equipped bath, laundry, and even the workout equipment. There’s a sauna in the living room. Was perfect after weights and cardio on the treadmill, to finish with a relaxing sauna rest. I had an amazing time!! Thank you do much!!!

The entire place was extremely clean and tidy. It was a perfect location in Soulard. Plenty of parking. Good ac in the house. The host was very good and responsive with all my questions. 10/10 would definitely stay again!
