The location of the apartment was wonderful with a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes into town. It was very quiet and well stocked. The backyard is so beautiful with the pool, hot tub, and seating. We also enjoyed sitting on our private deck. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location just steps from the beach and village! Nice pool and spa. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would do to improve are black out blinds in the bedrooms.

This 2 bedroom was perfect!! It had all we needed for a comfortable stay, full kitchen and best of all it was CLEAN. Perfectly located from walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. We will certainly be back.

Great Location! The 2 Bedroom apartment met all my needs and was very comfortable. Ryan and Dawn were a great host and made themselves available in the case any issues. I would definitely stay their again.

Great place

This place is fantastic. Very clean and has everything you need. The location to the beach is perfect. Close to The Village. The owners were quick to respond to any questions I had with check in process. This is the second time I have stayed at this location and will definitely go back! I love it!

Fantastic

Close beach access, just across the road. Very clean & quiet. Decent view. Just be mindful around the pool and deck, the surface is VERY hot on the feet, keep your sandals Handy. But it was a wonderful stay.

Perfect Location

We stayed here for 3 nights, June 24-27th. The location of the house is absolutely perfect if you are looking to enjoy both the beach and the laid-back town of Siesta Key. Both are under a 10-minute walk. The unit is as it was described. The pool is very nice and gets sun all day. There is a unit downstairs as well, so the pool is shared. We were lucky and had a very nice family staying in the bottom unit, so no issues, but that could get awkward if you had to share that space with unfriendly renters. The deck box to the unit is filled with everything needed for the beach (beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear) and the unit comes with a beach cart which was so convenient! Most all of the restaurants, bars, coffee/ice cream, and shops are a short walk. Great stay in a great town!
