Grace Bay Beachfront Penthouse - The Grandview Resort is a low-density condo development located on Grace Bay Beach on the island of Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands. The Grandview is a short walk to 20 restaurants and world class casino and the islands only 18-hole golf club. Best of all, you are just steps from the white powdery sand and breathtaking turquoise waters of Grace Bay Beach.

As you enter this newly remodelled 3-bedroom penthouse you will immediately notice the artfully decorate kitchen, dining and living area. This open concept allows for an abundance of natural light and spectacular views of the beach and ocean from any angle.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is stunning with its all-white counters, turquoise back splash and island with seating for 4. The kitchen blends seamlessly to the 6-seat dining area and onward to the spacious living room has generous comfortable seating, a 60” flatscreen smart TV, and spectacular ocean views.

On the entry level, overlooking the beach is guest bedroom #1. This bedroom is bright and spacious with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. There is ample closet and storage space for guests staying 7 nights or more.

Guest Bedroom #2 is located just off the kitchen and has a queen murphy bed, desk and chair and garden views. Guest bedroom 2 uses the Jack & Jill bathroom located immediately to the left of the bedroom’s entry door.

Just 2 short flights of stairs will take you up to the master suite. Here you will find a king bed that looks directly out a large window and down onto the beach and turquoise waters. The ensuite master bathroom has a 2-person walk-in rain shower with his & her vanity sinks and water closet.

Amazing property

The view is amazing. The water is the clearest I think I’ve ever seen. The beach is immaculate with powdery white sand. The entire stay was delightfulWould def stay again George was very attentive to any needs that arose.

Had a great time in Turks and Caicos staying here on Grace Bay. The view from the Condo was spectacular. The host on the beach whose name was, Anthony helped us book plenty of fun excursions which really made the trip wonderful. He also pointed us into the direction of all the good food spots here. I give this place a 10/10 for the Condo and Great Service we received. Definitely would recommend staying here!!

Perfection in Paradise!

We absolutely love staying in The Grandview and this unit is exceptional in every way - gorgeous decor, amazing amenities, ideal location right on Grace Bay Beach, walking distance to everywhere we like to go, plus the most responsive and helpful host (thanks George!) who was a prompt and professional communicator and assisted us with anything we needed. The unit literally had everything we could want or need and we were so impressed with its luxury and comfort in equal measure. A true treasure!!

Gorgeous newly remodeled condo with spectacular views

This unit has everything going for it. It’s newly remodeled, the view of the sunset isn’t obscured by trees or buildings. The balcony overlooks Grace Bay and the pool. It’s laid out perfectly and very comfortable to live in. The only reason this is not a 5 is the lack of attention to details. Grill igniter not working, master bedroom blinds wouldn’t open, clock in kitchen not working, a huge picture fell from the wall and shattered glass went everywhere, but it was quickly cleaned up. These were small things and I would definitely rent this unit again. The housekeeping crew was great, professional and very friendly.

Exceeded expectations!

We are soooo happy we decided to book this condo on Grace Bay for our family getaway instead of staying at one of the resorts. The property manager, George met us on arrival and showed us everything we needed to know. It was nice to know he was available if we had any issues during our stay (we didn’t). The condo itself was even nicer than in person than the pictures - just beautiful! The decor was lovely and beds and furniture were very comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms clean, updated and spacious and the views were stunning. The complex itself was well kept and quiet with a nice pool, hot tub and fitness center and short boardwalk to the beautiful beach. The area felt very safe. There were plenty of chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach for us to use. The grocery store was in walking distance (we took a cab on the return trip with the bags) and the kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking and food prep. There are many restaurants within walking distance along the beach - we ate out at different restaurants every night and did not rent a car or need a cab. Our favorite was Coco Bistro (not on beach, but magical setting and excellent food) which was also a short walk from the property. I would 100% stay here again - perfection!

The place was very clean and had everything we needed (besides the ice machine was broken). The host was very kind and responsive when we had an issue with the AC and got maintenance to fix it immediately. The balcony was incredible and the pool/beach/hot tub was great. It was a bit of a walk to the grocery store and town but definitely doable and there were restaurants close by (walking distance). Overall very satisfied with our stay here!
