Great location on the beach and with multiple pools. It was awesome that the host allowed us use of their beach chairs instead of having to lug our own or rent the ones on the beach.

The room was cozy, clean and updated. Loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with great cookware and cutlery! The AC and dehumidifier were excellent! The full bed was super comfy! The pull out bed was very uncomfortable but the host said that would be replaced.The pools were awesome! The one on the 1st floor was shaded a lot which was a great break from full sun! I’ve never had to pay 35 for parking and had trouble locating the staff to pay but got the number from the host and tracked them down.

We loved this cute little condo! We were very nervous about our trip due to an arrival right after hurricane Isias. Shelby was great at keeping in touch and answering my many anxiety driven questions about the hurricane possibilities. It is tight fit if using the pull out sofa, but it worked very well for our family of 4. The condo is small but has absolutely everything we needed. Shelby has very thoughtfully placed plenty of hooks for hanging all the wet stuff and bags etc. plenty of clean towels that were as crisp and white as could be! It is a very quick short walk down to the beach, honestly shorter than some beachfront facing condos we have stayed in, The building is old and not fancy, but seems to be taken care of and the pools were very nice. We especially appreciated one of the pools being heated. Shelby was great at keeping in touch and answering all of my many questions. We saw so many dolphins very close to shore and the beach is beautiful. We will definitely be back!Be sure to get some shrimp and smoked redfish dip at Lartigues across the street!

The condo was very clean, everything was there that we needed and communication with the owner was great. Perfect spot for a couple to go on a vacation. The whole grounds of the sugar beach was very quiet and peaceful. Pools were very clean and access to the beach was quick.

The condo is decorated so beautifully—it’s absolutely charming! Not having to bring our own chairs and umbrella was such a huge plus and honestly reason enough for us to book this condo again. Shelby is an amazing host and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Cozy place best for 2. Short walk right out to the white sand beach. There are 3 large pools and a kiddie pool as well. Tennis court. Close to Gulf State Park. Hostess was a great communicator and very responsive.
