The space
There are 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen sized memory foam mattress, two night stands, a queen size bed frame, and hangers.
Please note that there are stairs in this home. A few steps to get to the front of the door, a staircase to get to the second floor, and a staircase to get to the basement bedroom.
Guest access
Guest has access to the front yard, backyard, and the house. Unfortunately, the garage and a small utility room on the left side of the house is locked up and used for storage.
Other things to note
We do not allow parties. No smoking allowed inside or outside of property. Quiet hours 9pm-7am. This home has stairs.

1. Gather all towels and leave in a pile. Please leave the bedding as is.
2. Gather trash and dump into dumpster in the alley. Dumpsters are shared amongst all the neighbors.
3. Turn off all lights.
4. Set temperature back to 72.
5. Rinse and place dirty dishes in dishwasher, add soap, and run. 6. Make sure all doors are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
