Completely remodeled home steps away from Lake Koshkonong. Two private bedrooms with queen size beds. Two queen size sofa sleepers, 1 1/2 baths, washer/dryer for convenience, dishwasher and ice maker in the freezer. Relax at the beach at the end of the street or ask about our pier usage or pontoon or kayak rental. Close to Madison, Milwaukee, and less than 2 ours from Chicago. Start your evening with a meal on the patio or a nearby dining option. End your night relaxing by the fire pit.

We are locals and love the lake. We try to spend as much time on the water as possible. We decided to host so others can enjoy the lake like we do.
Why they chose this property
Quiet neighborhood with private amenities. Close to all the action but secluded enough to enjoy the quiet when you want. Less than 30 minutes to Madison and less than 90 minutes to Chicago and Milwaukee.
What makes this property unique
We have a pier about 300ft from the house. We offer kayak and PONTOON boat rentals. The home is completely remodeled and a fire pit and yard games.
