Welcome to Luck`s Lookout! with panoramic mountain views, a hot tub, pool table, and plenty of space to relax. This peaceful retreat is perfect for families or groups. Enjoy the covered deck, propane fire table, and fenced yard with hammock. Located between the Great Smoky Mountains and Asheville, it’s a great place for adventure and relaxation.

Sleeping arrangements comfortably accommodate families or groups. The home offers spacious living areas designed for relaxing and spending time together. You`re close to national forests, hiking, rafting, and charming small towns, perfect for exploring Western North Carolina.

Located just 35 minutes from downtown Asheville and 15 minutes from Waynesville, Luck’s Lookout offers easy access to local dining, shopping, and culture. Enjoy scenic drives to the Blue Ridge Parkway in 20 minutes, with hiking, rafting, and the Smoky Mountain, Pisgah, and Nantahala National Forests all less than an hour away.

You’ll have full access to the entire home during your stay, except for a locked utility closet in the basement that contains well equipment and is off limits to guests.

Killer views and large wrap around deck to enjoy it all. We loved the elevation and the feeling of being on the mountain. The house well furnished and great decor. There is a lot room in the house to let your hair down. They supply a lot of games or books for reading. Heck you can even play a game of pool if you feel like taking someones money. There were a few detractors to the mountain escape. The dryer was broke and we could not dry our clothes. We messaged about this issue and they responded that it would be fixed, however, it was not fixed during our stay. The internet is incredibly slow...If you are taking a working vacation just know you have internet but very slow. The home has posted signs in kitchen and bathrooms about taking quick showers, not running the water when brushing teeth, washing face or running the washing machine or dish washer until you have a full load because of running the water well dry. Our whole stay there we worried about running the well dry which detracts from an incredible place.
