InnSeason Resorts The Falls at Ogunquit features beautifully appointed one-bedroom suites in a charming Main seaside town. Guests can enjoy the year-round indoor heated pool, sauna, locker room, fitness center, children's playground and BBQ grills.

Suites feature a separate spacious bedroom with queen size bed, whirlpool jacuzzi bath, 2nd TV and vanity; iiving room with a fireplace (electric), sleep sofa, cable TV with DVD player and convenience kitchen including a refrigerator, cooktop, coffee maker and microwave.

The resort is located on Ogunquit's famous trolley route, only minutes to the beach, restaurants, a summer playhouse, golf, boating and the quaint village center of Ogunquit.

Free beach shuttle during the summer months from the resort, even though it's only a short walk to the Footbridge Beach.

Summer in Ogunquit

The rental process was smooth and efficient. Check in was quick. The weather was absolutely perfect and all of our requests were addressed quickly. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Ogunquit Trip

I had an awesome time at Falls Inn Ogunquit. I would most definitely stay there again. We were disappointed about all the rain and cold weather but, it is what it is. We had one sunny day close to 90 degrees which was fantastic. We loved the shops, food and people were very nice.

What a beautiful resort. Everything was spotless the king size bed was so comfortable!! The staff was very friendly especially Rachel. We would definitely like to come back again.

Didn't want to leave. Perfect.

So many good things to say. First, communication with owner was seemless. Once we arrived we couldn't believe how clean and roomy our rental was. We comfortably slept our family of five with an addition of a cot that arrived 4 minutes after we requested it. Can't say enough about staff here. They got the children involved in all the activities. The kids are still talking about it. Location is perfect and the shuttle was so easy and saved us $25 a day at beautiful Footbridge beach. Even if there wasnt a shuttle it's an easy walk to the beach. Did I mention the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom? Cherry on top of a wonderful stay. Looking foward to staying again. Thank you so much.
