Everything about this place was amazing, the moment we pulled up a happy staff greeted us with smiles and a cart , took our bags up to our room while we checked in, the living room and bed room view of the beach and ocean was so beautiful, place was clean, pool and Jacuzzi right outside the door and a very easy access to the beach, and there are many extras like the courtyard with big umbrellas and barbecue pits, and cots to relax in , not to mention all the accessories. had a few elevator issues due to them being renovated, other that that I would Strongly recommend this Lovely place. Definitely giving this place and staff 5stars , We will definitely be back.....

Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean condo and well stocked, especially in the kitchen area. Nice chairs on the balcony. Gorgeous complex but the people at front desk are rather obsessed about people wearing wristbands, which is a headache if you are staying for a week as we were.
Response from VrboOwner on 20 August 2024
Charlotte, thank you for your 5-star review of the property. The wristbands are a security measure due to trespassers to the property since there is no security gate from the parking lot or from the public beach to our property. The obsession is to keep the owners and guests safe. We are sorry to hear they were an inconvenience. We look forward to your next visit.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in Galvestonian condos 11 times. This is the best property with beautiful views. Our unit was clean and nicely decorated. Our only disappointment was the pool heater was not working and it was too cold to swim. However, we look forward to our next visit.
Response from VrboOwner on 10 May 2024
Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear you love the Galvestonian and are a repeat customer. Apologies for the downtime of the pool heater. It has been repaired but we are in the process of purchasing a new customized heater to be installed in a few months.

Great views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we rented was in good location where we wanted but the shower drain was not working, had to stand in bathed water after shower. The power points on one side of the bed in the main bedroom didn’t work. We called maintenance but they couldn’t fix the problem. The cooking pan was all greasy, it was not washed when we arrived. Except that, we enjoyed the stay. Great views and easy access to beach.
Response from VrboOwner on 28 May 2024
Neelima, I am sorry to read that all was not great with a few items during your stay. Maintenance was able to assist with the drain issue. The power plugs on side of the bed were another issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and cooking pan that was greasy to the touch. We are delighted you enjoyed your stay with easy access to the beach and fantastic views!

Great view but needs attention

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely stay, but for a few issues: 1) There were numerous electrical outlets out of service. We had to run several extension cords to access power throughout the condo. 2) The sound transfer from the end unit next door was alarming. Conversations could be understood and they weren't yelling. Additional drywall, second wall, or other acoustic treatment would be expensive but necessary to remedy such a difficult problem. 3) the unit needs refreshing of paint and minor repairs. 4) the tires on the luggage rollers were too under pressure and would't handle well enough to take heavy load. 5) the air blowing into the secondary bedroom has a rattling sound.

Keurig

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here a few times and it has been great. This time there was construction going on next door. I wish we had known that before renting because we would have chosen a different unit. After being out for the day, the last thing one wants is to come back to pounding noise. So the first day we were listening for an hour and the next day was listening for 2 hrs. when we were tired and just wanted to rest. You should offer a discount to renters around any unit that has construction going on or inform them before renting. I will be sure to call and ask The unit itself was great. It had the added bonus of a Keurig there which is not advertised (we lugged our own). It needed to be descaled which I would have done but there was no vinegar there. Everything worked, it was comfortable and clean.
Response from VrboOwner on 26 April 2025
Apologies to you for the construction next door. We are happy you enjoyed your stay with us other than the construction noise. Yes, please call anytime ahead of your stay and we will be glad to verify there is no construction around the condo you have booked. Thank you for choosing us.
