Welcome to your beachfront getaway at the Sea Watch on 115th St. in beautiful Ocean City, Maryland! Located right on the beach, this stunning condo offers everything you need for a memorable beach vacation. Sea Watch has awesome amenities ranging from an indoor and an outdoor pool, a gym, a movie theater, a game room, a billiards room, tennis courts and a pickleball court, and also garage parking!

You'll see this condo has been updated! Kitchen and bathrooms, along with the whole condo, look great! As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by an inviting living area and a large kitchen area, complete with comfortable seating, large floor to ceiling windows/sliders that let in plenty of natural light and a spacious kitchen and dining area complete with a large table perfect for family breakfasts and game night! Step out onto the balcony and take in breathtaking views of the ocean.

The condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests.

* The primary bedroom boasts panoramic ocean views and a private bathroom. Enjoy the floor to ceiling windows and a slider that opens directly onto the balcony. Ocean views from laying in the King size bed! There's also a 50" LG TV in this bedroom, with complimentary access to Direct TV, Netflix, Max, Hulu, and Disney+!

* The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a Twin size bed. There is a 47" LG OLED TV in this bedroom, with complimentary access to Direct TV, Netflix, Max, Hulu, and Disney+!

* The living area has a couch, loveseat and chair, and a 65" LG TV with complimentary access to Direct TV, Netflix, Max, Hulu, and Disney+! There's also a DVD player with a selection of movies. The couch is a Queen size pullout.

* The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a large dining table with 6 chairs, 4 barstools at the kitchen counter, a Nespresso machine, and all the cooking accessories you'll need.

* Linens and Bath Towels included in your stay! Just bring your clothes and bathing suit and your ready to go!

Perfect Stay

The location was perfect and the property was very clean. It had everything you could need for a great beach stay. The host was very responsive and helpful, even offering to mail belongings to us that we left behind. I’d definitely recommend this property!

Great Condo

This was mine and my husband’s first family vacation with our 2 littles under 2 and we loved this condo! It was very clean, convenient location to restaurants and awesome views of the beach. I also really loved that you couldn’t hear noise from other guests in other condos. If we stay beach side again next time we visit, I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Kelly!
