This beautiful modern home sits in a new and upcoming area just North of Nashville and minutes to Broadway, Top Golf & Downtown. The kitchen offers beautiful stainless steel appliances, coffee makers, and all of the cooking necessities you'll need. The house also has an amazing outdoor area overlooking downtown. All of the TVs in the home have Roku, as well as high speed internet. Enjoy!

This house was perfect for our group of 13 people! Very clean and the host Chase was very responsive before, during and after our stay! The house has lots of amenities, only downfall was no washer and dryer but we made it work. The views of downtown were beautiful, especially from the top floor! We would definitely stay there again!

There were 8 of us, and we had plenty of space. The kids loved the room with bunk beds. Is an easy drive or uber to downtown. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Will definitely check availability the next time we visit Nashville.

The house is three stories with bedrooms on the first and third floors. The second floor is the living and kitchen area. There’s a beautiful view off the balconies on the second and third floors as well. There were ample dishes available in the kitchen. We had 10 people total for this trip and eventually towels became a problem. Unfortunately there was no washer or drier. Not a major problem. The most glaring problem was the beds. Every morning everyone would wake up with more aches and pains than they went to sleep with. Regardless, the house was clean and well maintained and we had an overall positive experience.

Host was great. Very responsive. Location was convenient. House was clean and looks just like a photos it’s a beautiful property. Appears to be a newer VRBO so no washer and dryer. That was the only thing I wish it had since it accommodates a large family and why I did not rate as 5 stars. I would definitely stay again.

50th Birthday Girls weekend!

We had the absolute best time at this property. The deck off the living room is amazing. We sat out there for hours and enjoyed the view and the weather. House was clean and spacious. Chase was an excellent host.

Don’t be scared as Waze tells you that you’re close. The neighborhood looks a bit sketchy with a lot of pan handlers around. But the location in itself is great! Very close to downtown, also be ready for three floors of stairs. The trash can was already full when we arrived which was terrible.
