The ground floor entrance leads to a sea-view living room with a glass wall, opening to a terrace with a beautiful terrace with heated infinity pool, outdoor furniture and outdoor dining table.
The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, smoothie maker, coffee maker, kitchen hood and all necessary kitchen utensils. A stunning dining table for eight complements the space.
The Villa consists of three bedrooms with double beds - each room has its own bathroom, sea view, and smart TV. Two bedrooms grace the 1st floor, while the exclusive third master bedroom on the top floor boasts its private balcony and sauna.
Each bedroom has its private bathroom, complemented by a ground floor bathroom and gym bathroom.
The gym, situated below the ground floor, offers a separate and discreet space.
