About this property

Spacious and Modern Apartment In Central Nice

The apartment is situated in a typical townhouse surrounded by other houses with gardens, in the end of a calm dead end street without any traffic or noise.
At the same time it is close to all commodities as shops , buses, train station , beach etc.
The spacious 115 m2 apartment have 4 independent bedrooms + a small office that may be used for a baby crib.
Open American kitchen solution towards the combined dining/ living room and a protected outdoor patio with a barbeque / sofa group.
There is also a staircase in the patio leading up to a smaller and very sunny terrace.
A third terrace is accessible from one of the bedrooms. This terrace got a table with 2 chairs + the possibility to use a swing for children /babies.

Air-condition in 1 bedroom , otherwise fans in each rooms.
Air condition in living room and master bed room is now under installation and will also be ready before the summer season
All in all a very airy and light apartment.
High speed internet, cable TV with about 200 channels including some in English, docking station with powerful speakers for apple and Bluetooth devices,

2 bathrooms with shower corners, one with a WC inside. Also a separate WC in the entrance hall.

The apartment got appliances like , washing machine, dryer, dish washer , micro wave oven, stove, induction plates, Freezer/ refrigerator,
mixer, coffee maker, kettle and a fully equipped kitchen.
Fresh towels and linen, soap and toilet paper provided upon arrival.


Otherwise there are a baby foot table , 1 hammock ( fixations out on terraces + in 1 bedroom) ,1 high chair and 1 baby cot available free of charge.


It is possible to park one car in front of the house, otherwise free public parking in the streets around.
Easy access to main roads / highways to get in and out of Nice quickly by car for those wanting to explore the region.
Also easy access to buses and Main train station for those not having a car.

Great Property

This was a great place to stay for our week's vacation in Nice. Ronny is terrific and gave us lots of great advice. All the rooms were extremely comfortable, we enjoyed the outside spaces, and we loved staying there.

Spacious, well located apartment! We loved the apartment which was quiet for such a central location. The rooms were large and there were lots of different seating options. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace. I would thoroughly recommend it. Ronny was exceptionally helpful with lots of detailed instructions and amazingly quick response to any queries.

Perfect appartement

The property was clean and quiet. The buses stopped right by the appartement and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Ronnie was the best host I’ve had and went above and beyond. Our family had a great time.

Fantastic appartment

Ronny was a brilliant host - he met us on arrival and provided lots of information for us. The appartment was perfect for us as a group of 6 friends - tasteful decor, lots of space in the separate living area to chat and relax, and good sized bedrooms.We also loved the sunny terrace which was perfect for breakfast. The appartment is at the end of a road so really quiet. The appartment is really well located - we walked into the old town/castle and onto the promenade - the train station is about 20 mins walk from the appartment and really easy to get to Monaco and other coastal towns with the frequent train service (although buying tickets is a bit of a marathon). We loved Nice and would definitely come back to the appartment if we revisit. Thanks Ronny for a lovely stay

Location very good and of course Nice and the area stunning.. Quiet little street convenient for walking and transport to beach markets and places if interest . Ronny was waiting to settle us in to this immaculate airy stylish apartment and was so helpful if we wanted to ask anything during our stay. With lots of outside terracing a perfect place to relax with companions after a hot day sightseeing in Nice and it’s Riviera neighbours. This apartment is outstanding and gets all the stars plus an extra one-very satisfied.

Excellent experience in Nice!

Ronny, the owner was extremely easy to work with. He was very accommodating considering the fact that we arrived so late due to train troubles. Nice was a little intimidating at first but the booklet prepared to help you find everything in the house you need was perfect. It had so much valuable information for getting around...do not ignore it. The house easily accommodated our 7 person party and easily could accommodate 10. The outdoor spaces were beautiful though we didn’t get to use them because it was so hot in Nice while we were there. Good news it was a 5 minute bus ride to the beach! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed!

Beautiful apartment and lovely outside space

Myself and 7 friends spent wonderful a long weekend in the apartment. We were greeted by a knowledgable, helpful host who went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The host was very flexible with our arrival and departure times. The apartment is beautiful, rooms were bright and airy and the outside terraces was lovely. Very good standard of showers and lots of extras available to use such as items for the beach, games and speakers.

Good pre-arrival information from helpful owner. Comfortable, quiet and well equipped apartment with modern fittings (mirrors in all the bedrooms would be welcome addition). Well located for buses (including to airport), easy walk to the tram and within walking distance of the railway station although some might find the immediate neighbourhood a bit 'edgy'. Convenient food shops nearby, including excellent baker.

The apartment is really nice, with a very nice host. It is easy to take the local bus to the apartment and the apartment is easy to find with the providen information from the host Ronny. The linen and towels are fresh, and the outdoor facilities are good. We can strongly recommend this apartment.

Lovely spacious and modern apartment in Nice

We had a wonderful stay at this large central Nice apartment. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen very modern, the outside areas had nice views and made the apartment feel even bigger. The apartment was clean, and had nice sheets and towels and nice touches, including fresh flowers. Having Air conditioning in some of the apartment was a bonus. We got around easily walking, and taking buses and the tram. We could walk or take a bus to the train station when we wanted to visit Monaco and and other towns nearby. The description of the property was good, in fact it was even better than the photos could show as the rooms were big. The owners were very friendly, welcoming and extremely obliging, via email before we arrived and when we met them at the beginning and end of our stay. There was some food and drinks in the fridge for us on our arrival, which was thoughtful. We had a wonderful stay in Nice and it was nice to come back to such a beautiful and cool apartment after a hot day out touring Nice and other cities. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends.

Amazing appartement with great hosts

This appartement is simply amazing. We stayed there as a group of 9 people and we still had plenty of space. It is very easy to go to the centre of Nice by bus but the appartement itself is located in a quite part of the city. Everything we needed was available at the appartment and the terrace was just awesome. Also the hosts were really nice and told us everything we need to know about Nice. If you like to go to Nice choose this appartement for your stay!

Fantastic appartment and great hosts

The appartment was as beautiful as it looked on the pictures. We were a group of 10 and it still felt spacious enough. The beds were confortable and the neighbourhood was quite though it was only a short walking distance from the city center. The busses go practically just outside the door but we only took it to go to the airport on our way home . The outdoor terraces were very enjoyable to relax on after a day in town. The appartment had all necessities. We didn't lack of anything. The hosts were lovely and extremely helpful and accomodating. They made sure we had a fantastic stay. We strongly recommend this place. Good for both families and a group of friends. We would gladly book it again in the future.
