We understand how frustrating an unexpected maintenance issue can be. In this case, however, the sewer backup was the result of a larger issue affecting multiple homes in the surrounding area—not a problem unique to this property. As soon as we were notified, we immediately coordinated with the appropriate service provider, and the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. We kept the guest informed throughout the process and confirmed once everything had been restored. We were surprised by the comment regarding accommodations, as no additional requests or concerns were communicated to us during the stay. We are always happy to work with guests when needs are brought to our attention and make every reasonable effort to assist whenever possible. While circumstances beyond anyone's control can occasionally arise, prospective guests can expect prompt communication, swift action, and a team committed to resolving issues as quickly and professionally as possible.
