Kathy, our host has created a peaceful, clean and comfortable cottage for guests. This is our second year staying here and will always be our first option when coming to Ashland. The cottage is steps from downtown and the OSF theaters.The driveway is steep and there are stairs leading to the cottage. So, you will get a good workout which is good because there are so many great restaurants in town.

We absolutely love staying here. It is furnished with everything a visitor to Ashland might need. From the kitchen to the living space and on to the bathroom, we didn’t lack for anything. It is within walking distance to Lithia Park and the downtown area. We have stayed here three times and look forward to returning. Kathy is an excellent host.

The Carriage House was amazing! Better than anticipated. Super close to downtown, beautifully appointed, and priced really well! We only stayed one night while driving from California to northern Oregon but we wished we had planned our trip so we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend staying here.

This is a sweet, well provisioned place, close to downtown, with all the theatre within a couple blocks. My favorite part was finding a back trail into beautiful Lithia park. If you have pups, the owner is clearly a dog lover and has made it easy to bring them. Lots of sweet little outdoor spaces. Easy place to spend a weekend. Just right.

This carriage house was fantastic! The finishes were beautiful the bed was very comfortable!It was a very dog friendly place with a doggy door dog bed and a safe yard .The kitchen was well equipped but the bathroom was like a five star hotel with a huge soaking tub and heated floors!We will be back!
