The space was really nice and a good location. Fairly clean and lots of essentials throughout the space. Bed was probably the comfiest I’ve been in.

Our communication with the host, to say the least, was absolutely horrible. I messaged Ernest a few days ahead of our stay asking a question without receiving a response. We were to receive check-in instructions prior to our arrival. We did not receive any word from him until we called VRBO. We were not able to get into the unit until an hour after the listed time of 5:00 PM. In addition, once inside the unit, there were no instructions for usage of this unit, e.g. Wi-Fi, etc. In our previous stays through VRBO we receive instructions for our departure. We did not receive any form of communication from the host. The unit needed a good cleaning. We found one ear ring on the floor, dust balls on the floor, etc. In addition, reading one of the two reviews indicating mold in the shower. Yes, there was mold in the shower. We had to wash pots, pans, silverware, plates, etc. before we could use kitchen items as most were dirty from previous usage.The bed was a floor bed only 16-18" off the floor. The mattress was extremely soft and lacked any support. You had to crawl out of bed.

The bathroom was not clean the toilet bowl was dirty and there was urine on the seat when I got there. The shower stall had a lot of black mold/goo and hair on the floor. The rest of the place was clean and very nice. And I wish the couch was more comfortable but I rate my stay a 6/10
