Sunny ranch on private corner lot with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths and 3 TV's. Enjoy the sun on the deck or at the Hot Tub. Play games, watch TV or relax & read in the large Family room. (lower level) Take a walk or bike ride (bikes available )on the local trails. Close to golf, parks and beautiful Dennis ponds and beaches. This quiet bay side of the Cape offers local antique shops, fine restaurants, family dining, ice cream shops, mini golf and Peterson's market for specialties prepared or to cook on the grill. Afterwards you can relax on the deck, in the private backyard or in the hot tub open mid April to October 2024. This home is a year around and summer rental. Take a well deserved 3 night weekend getaway off season for a special rate of $400/night. Min. 3 nights. Minimum age 25.

We are a small family from Connecticut that has spent many vacations on Cape Cod over the years. After some years we purchased a Vacation home for ourselves to use with our friends and family. We have enjoyed the relaxing shores and paths for many years now and plan on doing more of the same for years to come.
We welcome all families and friends and their pets to use our home for their next vacation getaway.

Why they chose this property

House is located in the back of a small neighborhood on a private dead end. It's close to markets, restaurants and small shops on the Bay side and most importantly mid Cape. Less than 10 minutes to Dennis and Yarmouth Port beaches and ponds and parks. Right off 6A and near the Cape bike trail. A great neighborhood for walking or biking. Hot Tub open mid March thru October.
