This is the 2nd time the group has stayed at this property, 1st time with current owner. House is pretty much the same as the last time we stayed with the addition of a new wrap around deck on the lake side of the house which is beautiful. We had a party of 10 and it fits all of nicely. Kitchen is well equipped and also has 2 large refrigerators which is needed with a big group. Although the layout upstairs is somewhat tight with 4 bedrooms and only one bathroom, are group never ran into each other both the first time and this time. You spend all your time on the main floor. Location is great being close to Bemus Point and we already plan on coming back next year if we can coordinate everyone's busy schedules. We all enjoyed our visit to this house.

The upgrades to the property were wonderful! We love that all we need to bring is Food and Clothes, everything you need is there! It's clean, it's stocked, it's beautiful and we always have a great time with our family! Bemus Point is in walking distance for shops, dinner, or drinks. We couldn't ask for much more! Thank you!

Greg provides an excellent rental property! We have never stayed in a rental that was so clean, well-appointed and comfortable! And he responded personally and immediately to every question we had! Best host and lake-house ever!

The house was gorgeous and the perfect size for all of us. It did rain for a little every day, but we loved having the sun room to still enjoy the views of the lake during that time. The double oven and fridge were truly amazing and so incredibly helpful. My boys (7 & 1) loved the rock speakers that lit up and we had small little dance parties once the sun started going down of favorite Disney songs. The bedroom setup was perfect for our family of multi-generations. The closeness to town was perfect! We loved the house and the location. There was construction happening on the bridge at the time, but it didn’t really bother us. My one year old loveedddd the view of the bridge watching all of the trucks drive by. It was definitely a memory we’ll have forever.

We had such a wonderful stay at this lake house! It was the perfect spot for our family’s first trip with our new baby, and it was so special that we could bring our dogs along too. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the lake. We would definitely stay here again!

Great home for a family vacation

Large well stocked home with nice yard, deck, dock and fire pit. Lots to do in the area or you can just enjoy sitting by the lake and relaxing. Host was friendly and responded quickly when needed.

We LOVED our stay here! Greg was easy to get ahold for questions and any issues were handled promptly. The house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. You need to bring only your clothes and food! We will be back!!

Great space and close to downtown

Everything was great. Big house with all the convenience of home. Close enough to walk downtown, close to the boat launch and plenty of parking.
