The home was more spacious than we thought. Plenty of room for family indoors and out. Enjoyed time by the firepit in the evenings and the hot tub. Host was very responsive and helpful. Quiet area in a dead end street. Short drive to orchards and wine tasting. Would stay again.
We had a wonderful time the amenities were great. All beds were super comfortable. The location wasn’t far from the airport food and shopping near by was okay as well. I would definitely choose this home again for our next stay
This is a very large beautiful property that can accommodate many people. It is at the top of a cul de sac in a safe quiet neighborhood. The backyard is lovely. Communication with the owners was always very quick and helpful.
Wonderful large home. Great location. Comfortable furniture and beds. Owner was communicating often and accurately. Very helpful. Thank you will definitely stay again.
We wanted a place that was large enough with six bedrooms. This place was perfect. Needs some more furniture indoors for comfort but otherwise it was good. Thank you.

I wouldn't consider this a luxury retreat. It's sparsely furnished, w/ no bedside tables or lamps, and some rooms only had a bed and nothing else. The furniture was dated, and some of it was grungy (a tear in the headboard, a stain on the sofa). The carpet was dirty. No extra towels were provided. One box of tissue paper in the entire house. We went out and bought a 12-pack of tissues and some extra washcloths. The sinks in our bathroom (master) didn't have drains, just a gaping hole. The max temp we could get the hot tub to after several hours was 93. On the plus side, the kitchen is well-stocked and big. Quiet neighborhood. Lovely to sit out on the patio on a sunny day. They charge extra if you want to heat the pool. The handyman/contact was SUPER responsive. If you don't care about how a place is furnished and dirty carpeting, and not having enough bath linens, and you've got a big group, you might like it very much.
Home was perfect for our family gathering, beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the spa, kitchen was adequately supplied with appliances, dishes, and utensils. We also enjoyed the pool table. The home was conveniently located near where our son lives and a reasonable distance from San Diego. We appreciated the nice neighborhood as well. The owner responded promptly to our questions and concerns. We did have some small issues:Some of the outdoor lights overlooking the pool area did not work. The tv in the downstairs master bedroom did not work. The home is very sparsely furnished. There were no comfortable chairs in master bedrooms for reading quietly or putting on shoes.Sofas were nice but no individual chairs in living room.Additional artwork and decor on shelves would make the home more attractive.Dressers were small and used as nightstands in some bedrooms.Regular nightstands with table lamps would have been more convenient. We know the owner purchased the property within the last year or so and is probably in the process of acquiring more furnishings and updating the window treatments.Overall, we were happy with our choices and wish the owner success as a vrbo owner.
