Welcome to Bells Valley Ranch, a comfortable home surrounded by the open valley landscape of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located about 35 minutes from Lexington and 40 minutes from Staunton, it’s a peaceful place to stay while visiting the Shenandoah Valley, attending university events, or enjoying a quiet mountain getaway.
Guests often say the home feels like coming back to grandma’s house — warm, relaxed, and easy for families or friends to gather.

The open great room connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating a comfortable place to spend time together. Large windows bring in natural light and frame the surrounding valley views.
