Focused around the swimming pool, the house offers four large bedrooms, each covering forty square meters with ensuite bathrooms, lounge areas inside and out, and a fitness room/spa. A corner of Eden ideal for a relaxing vacation escape.

Casa Paraiso is very well located near the Gustavia lighthouse, less than 5 min walk from the shops and restaurants, ocean sunset view, it has 4 spacious bedrooms, each with private bathroom.

This large modern villa is decorated with contemporary, modern and comfortable Italian Furnitures line to recreate the atmosphere of a real home. Casa Paraiso is very well-equipped with exercise room, jacuzzi, wine cooler, large dinning table, electric gate, tropical garden, the terrace and the pool.

The bedrooms are light and spacious with large dressing areas and well-appointed bathrooms. All the bedspreads, cushions and drapes throughout the house were custom-made from personalized Italian fabrics. Each bedroom includes a large bathroom with a spacious shower, walls and flooring in travertine stone.

The dining area facing the pool with a view over the Bay of Gustavia and outlying islands. The table for 10, benches and ceiling fixture in light oak are custom made.

The two wrought-iron gates, unique in St Barth, weremade in Portugal by specialized craftsmen from an original design that is echoed on all the railings. A pool welcomes guests to the living room in another nod to Mediterranean civilizations, and the covered terraces, like the patios, afford cooling and restful shade.

At the back of the house a shady patio is connected by a walkway to the outdoor living area or by stairs to the villa's entrance.

Personalized by Mediterranean details recalling the birthplace of its owner, Casa Paraiso gives pride of place to southern materials to enhance its resolutely Caribbean identity. The light reflections on the walls
and ceilings of polished white plaster create a dazzlingly glossy effect.

Modern chic villa walking distance from Gustavia center with great views, pool, gym, jacuzzi

Our two families with kids really enjoyed spending a week during thanksgiving holiday here. The villa is conveniently located few minutes drive or short walk from Gustavia center with restaurants and shops and is also 10min drive to Sr Jean beaches. All four bedrooms are large and similar size making it easy to share for families. AC in all bedrooms and living space is open with great views and breeze. Great pool with child safety, nice gym and hot tub, Our host Philippe was very attentive and helpful with pickups and drop offs, and came daily for any issues and questions. Daily housekeeping was included. Overall a great modern villa. Highly recommend.

This place is simply amazing

I recently traveled with three other couples which can always be challenging. Turns out this villa was perfect for us in so many ways. First of all Philippe who manages the property was incredible- from picking us up at the airport to coming over on a moments notice to help fix an issue ( not that were many at all). The Villa is a 10 ( yes everything is relative, and I have high standards) stunning design, layout, views, comfort, decor etc. Its all modern and clean. The best part is that there are four master suites with bathrooms so everyone can feel that they got their money's worth. The place could use a few more lounge chairs and a full length mirror for the ladies but is that is the biggest issue you know this is a home run. Thanks for a great trip!!!

Excellent Service

Imagine 8 professional women on a much needed 7-day getaway from our daily responsibilities. Yep, that was us. We chose the Villa Paraiso as our home away from home for a variety of reasons: 1. Philippe, Property Manager was very responsive to all questions and concerns in as little as a hour and/or within a day. 2. Because the deposit and final payments are sent via wire, we had concerns about the possibilities of fraud, therefore, after extensive research on the property and the Property Manager, we gained comfort with securing the villa. 3. The villa is perfectly located between the airport (5 minutes) and boat dock (3 minutes). 4. The price of and the amenities offered in villa are hard to beat. Villa Paraiso is exquiste (exactly as shown in the pictures) and has all the amenities a person needs, include a workout room. So much so, we spent a lot of time just hanging out in the villa. Although, we did have a couple of issues while staying in the Villa e.g. power outage, door jam and missing money, on each occasion Philippe stopped whatever he was doing to immediately address and/or resolve the issue. Oh yeah, don't forget your bug spray. None of the issues hindered our enjoyment... Also, since it was our first visit to St. Barts, Philippe's recommendations for dining and other places of interest were excellent and much appreciated. I say all of this to say, I highly recommend staying at Villa Paraiso. Philippe's customer service and kindness and the beautiful villa made for an unforgettable experience on the island of St. Barts.

Beautiful Villa, Perfect Home Base For Our Spring Break Vacation

We just returned from an amazing week at Villa Paraiso. We had a group of 4 adults and three teenagers. This was our first trip to St. Barths and Philippe was incredibly helpful. He is very responsive to all email inquiries and provided transportation to/from the ferry and rental car return. We loved the location of the house as it was a very short drive to Gustavia or St. Jean. The villa is absolutely beautiful and exactly as represented in the photos. It is near an industrial area; however, the landscaping and design of the house conceals it from view very well. We had activities planned most days and looked forward to returning to the villa and enjoying a dip in the pool or relaxing in the jacuzzi. The maid service was excellent. While we did not have access to laundry facilities, the maid did our laundry and return the following day for a small fee. I would highly recommend Villa Paraiso to families or couples traveling to St. Barths. As with all good vacations, our time there went by much to fast.

Fabulous villa, beautiful design, state of the art, tremendous view, incredible indoor and outdoor kitchens including a brick pizza oven. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Paradise Found

I would love to tell what a great time we had at this Villa. Philippe, the manager made sure we had everything we needed during our trip and was extremely helpful with any and all of our questions or requests!! I can't say enough about how well run this property is. Aside from the management, its truly gorgeous! I sell real estate and see lots of homes but not like this. I am coming back for sure!!!

Beautiful Time at an exceptional Villa

7 guests spent an amazing time at this excellent property. The home has a great layout and is perfectly situated near Gustavia. The view from the pool/living area is very nice. The home comes with all the amenities one would expect from a top notch villa but if you find yourself lacking something just give a call to Phillipe who is more than willing to help out. Phillipe was very attentive and provided everything that we needed during our stay. We highly recommend this villa and we would love to return some day.

Nice house located close to town

We had 4 couples at the house. The house was great and so was phillipe. We couldn't get the hot tub to heat up properly and I had an Apple laptop stolen and a pair of expensive earbuds. The owner offered a discount next year to compensate for the stolen computer and earbuds. It put a damper on part of the vacation but we had a blast with the people we stayed with... Nikki Beach here we come in 2015

Paraiso = Paradise!

Three couples from the U.S. (including ATL, SFO, and NYC) met in St. Barth's for a week of fun and much needed sun. We were all thrilled with the quality of the home and the service provided by Philippe (You're the man!). We sincerely appreciated the comfort, beauty and convenience of this villa. The home was a great entertaining space and we enjoyed nightly cocktails on the terrace. Highly recommend calling chef's in to prepare at the home (food and ambiance is as good or better than any restaurant on the island) and no reservations. We have recommended this villa to other partners and friends because of our satisfaction with the quality of the home and service including daily housekeeping. We look forward to returning to St. Barth's and Villa Paraiso for years to come. Thank you for a lovely week in paradise!

Fantastic Birthday

I stayed with four friends at Villa Paraiso for my friend's birthday. Philippe was wonderful and the house was exactly as pictured. Amazing house, especially if you like to cook or hire a cook. We hired a chef that Philippe recommended and it was fantastic and truly the same price as going out. That night and the catamaran he suggested were two of the best suggestions. The beds were comfortable the staff was amazing, the location was incredibly convenient and there is am amazing wine store down the hill to the right that supplies all of the restaurants on the island. You can walk there! Book it now I wish I could have stayed two weeks.

Architecturally Stunning Villa

We recently returned from a stay at Villa Paraiso as a group of four couples. The style and decor of Villa Paraiso is architecturally stunning. The chic living space is very inviting and all four bedrooms are beautifully decorated and comparable with their level of luxury. The kitchen will impress most chefs and is well equipped. Outside of the kitchen, there is a gas grill, a wood fired grill and wood fired pizza oven. The villa has a great Bose sound system throughout the common areas & sharp TV in the living room. The private outdoor seating area, entry bridge, coy pond and decorative fountain are nice touches. The gym has a bike, treadmill, universal machine, stretching areas & a nice hot tub. There is ample parking for at least 4 cars and the villa is gated w/ mechanical openers. It is literally 2 minutes to Gustavia and 3 minutes from St. Jean so we considered the location very convenient. I would say the villa itself is a 10, but the outside space is an 8. The pool deck is a bit limited in size and has limited sun exposure. The focused view is of the harbor and green terrain however there is some view of the commercial area off to the right. The landscaping does a masterful job of concealing that commercial area. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Paraiso and would recommend it for other well traveled guests.

Phenomenal Property. Fantastic Service.

We rented Villa Paraiso for New Years Eve 2012 (Dec. 27 - Jan. 3). It's a phenomenal property. It truly lived up to the online video and photographs. Our main point of contact for the home was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. We highly recommend this luxury villa for your next vacation.
