Great location, great property!

We were in Quebec City with our two children ages 7 and 12 and wanted somewhere with space but walking distance to Old Quebec and the city highlights. This apartment checked off all of the boxes! The full kitchen was nice for meals in the apartment and the washer and dryer were also nice to have. Plenty of space and a quiet, relaxing patio balcony for happy hours and playing card games. Very walkable to the old part of the city and to great restaurants. We were very impressed with the check in process and the ability to park a car in the underground garage was a plus. highly recommend and we will be back!

Very Unclean and Misleading

Horrible rental! I was traveling with another mother, and three young girls, 10 and under. We booked three nights. It was so bad it was the first time I have ever left a rental! Firstly, the host assured me that the attached parking would accommodate my large SUV. This was very important to me as I did not want to be returning past dark and having to walk in a foreign city with young children. However the garage was not high enough for my car. We had to park in a very long, dark garage quite a few blocks away which felt very unsafe. When i addressed it with the host, he basically told me we can walk and was not even apologetic. The lobby was very dirty and the couch had stains on it. I had to temporarily park Around the corner, and the person at check in and I had to wheel the suitcases around the corner, up a hill, and up a ramp. It was heavy and rolling back on me. Luckily, someone on the street stopped and helped me push it up the hill. Not at all what i expected. The apartment was dirty, there were stains on furniture, all over deck carpeting, along with trash, the CO detector was hanging off the wall, and the faucet in bathroom was falling of. However, the reason we left was there was mold all over the shower. I told host and he did nothing about it. The host refused a refund. We had to stay 1 night as there were no rooms available anywhere, but left after one night that we barely slept because we were so grossed out by the place! Host was super rude and unhelpful!
