Large, 1400+ square foot upside/down cape with open living/dining/kitchen and half bath on the top floor. The living and kitchen area with new appliances is a great, sun-filled room for entertaining and relaxing. Huge granite island with seating for four and a table for six. Large, private deck off this level with views of the Pilgrim Monument and a gas BBQ grill.

This free-standing home with vaulted ceiling offers Cable TV, WiFi, A/C and washer and dryer.

Three bedrooms are located on lower level. Master Bedroom ensuite (with tub) with king bed and TV, plus two other bedrooms; one with a queen size bed, and the other with two beds. Each bedroom has individual AC and heat controls. A second full bath also is located on this level.

Two dedicated parking spaces and municipal parking nearby. Located just two blocks from Commercial Street: walk to Boston ferry, harbor beach, shops, bars and restaurants. You are only a short bike ride to the Nat'l Seashore beach, or take the van that stops at the end of the street. You might never need your car until it is time to leave.

There is no smoking in the house or on the property. No pets are allowed.

Great setup for multi-generational family vacation

Adam was a thoughtful and responsive host. The layout of the property was perfect for three generations to enjoy a week in PTown - grandparents, parents, and kids. The location gave us easy walking access to Commercial Street and the beach, and was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy the week!

Nearby Graduation Homebase and P-Town Visit

The house was clean and well cared for giving it a homey feel. We loved the location. Overnight parking right next door, if needed. Short walk to town. Great Deli nearby. The house has a nice layout with a lovely deck. We enjoyed our stay and found the house to meet our needs. Also, we found the home to be a good value. We would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful week in Provincetown staying at Adam and Louisa’s house. The house felt like a home; six of us were very comfortable in the 3 bedrooms, AC worked well. The kitchen was well appointed so we could cook and grill throughout our stay. The property was exceptionally convenient to restaurants and shopping.Provincetown center is literally a 5 minute walk, the beaches and the supermarket are a 5 minute drive. Adam and Louisa were wonderful hosts, were readily responsive with any questions we had. We hope to return again next year.

Fabulous open home in a great location

Firstly, it felt like a real home, not a 'generic' place. It's well stocked and supplied, and with enough space and comfortable furniture to relax and unwind. The location is excellent, with a terrific provisions shop on the corner, bike rental five minutes away, and Commercial Street and all it has to offer nearby (literally five-minute walk). The owners were quick to respond to queries and welcoming.

Girls weekend

We go to Ptown every year for a girls weekend getaway and this house was our favorite place to stay yet. It was a short walk to downtown, private parking, clean and spacious. Adam responded promptly to any questions. The guidelines of the property were easy to follow and the house had everything that we needed. Highly recommend!

Great Location,

The house is located just blocks from Commercial Street making assesibility convenient. The street is very busy and without sidewalks, but not dangerous. The living space is open adding to the ease and comfortablity. The kitchen is well equipped and we used it daily. Great space for easy living in Ptown.

Great spot!

We had a blast in PTown and this place was perfect for our stay! Clean, bright and stocked with everything you need. Only a short walk to Commercial St and the corner market. The owners were very responsive too. We highly recommend this home!

A great place in a great place

Adam and Louisa's property was exactly as pictured and described. It's a condo that lives like a house, with plenty of space, light, and access to the best of Provincetown. It's quiet enough for relaxation but only a short walk to the center of town and the upside-down floor plan was great for a group of friends staying together. We would absolutely recommend this property to others who are looking for a place to stay in Ptown.

Great location, great house

This house is a great find. It’s central located to the main drag (5 min walk), close to a CVS for quick pick ups and down the street from a cute liquor store. The house itself has a great open plan kitchen/living room with an expandable dining table for games and dinners as well as a large cozy sofa. The grill and deck are great if weather permits. The bedrooms are a good size and have closet space, the king size bed in the primary bedroom, was incredibly comfortable. Overall a great place to stay!
