 600 meters from the beach of Boracéia 2, with 3 bedrooms, 1 suite and bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fan. American style kitchen with fridge / freezer (side-by-side), 12 serving dishwasher, stove, microwave, sandwich maker, blender and various utensils. Large living and dining room with ceiling fan and toilet. Barbecue with sink and side table and GELOPAR Heinneken. Pool with waterfall, whirlpool and shower, plus 1 outdoor shower in the front area. Ample Parking +/- 7 cars. Total land area = 500 square meters. Free WIFI
Comfortably sleeps 12 people in beds, but we have a few extra mattresses.
