The house is a sunny townhouse with parking for four vehicles. It has 4 suites, all with air conditioning, ceiling fans and balcony. The bathrooms are modern and functional. One of the suites is on the ground floor and its location is very suitable for the elderly or people with walking difficulties.
The living room in two environments has a fireplace and pool table. The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has all the necessary equipment and utensils. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. The pool area has barbecue, waterfall, showers and sunbathe all day.
The Internet is broadband, via fiber optics, and has WiFi distribution on both floors of the house. The TV is Sky HD satellite. Complimentary full bedding and bathroom towels are provided. Day cook / cook optional (guest hires directly).
HANGA ROA: LEISURE FOR ALL THE FAMILY
Hanga Roa beach already starts inside the condominium in an extensive stretch of sand surrounded by coconut trees, with many tables, chairs, showers and volleyball court. But for those who prefer to stay on the sandy beach, closer to the sea, the condo provides chairs and parasol. Bar service also serves this area. The beach in front of Hanga Roa is wide and conducive to sand sports. It is almost exclusive, very quiet, because the condominium is flanked by two wide ranges of native forest. Remember that the beaches of Bertioga are among the cleanest coast of São Paulo and are suitable for swimming during all months of the year.
Still on the beach is the fitness center. It is all air conditioned and has a relaxing sea view. The equipment is professional (Life Fitness brand) and has a Yoga / Pilates studio in addition to a sauna.
In the center of the condominium, next to the woods, is the sports complex with four tennis courts, a squash court and a bocce ball court. The woods are ideal for Cooper and hiking, with plenty of shade amid the fruit trees.
Younger children have an exclusive area: a fenced, wooded playground with a modern playroom. Situated 100 meters from the house.
Hanga Roa offers two restaurants: Anakena on the beach, with a la carte service and pizzeria delivery (under renovation) and Club Tiare's restaurant, ideal for light meals with executive dishes and located in a very pleasant area next to the recreational pools and court. Basketball
