The family room is open to the dining room and the kitchen so that you can socialize while enjoying a great meal prepared in your own fully equipped kitchen. Spacious sleeping accommodation awaits you with 3 bright and roomy bedrooms. The main floor master bedroom has a king sized bed and a flat screen TV. It opens onto an attached ensuite bath with a big shower and a deep, jetted tub. The washing machine and dryer are located on the main floor, adjacent to the kitchen. Upstairs, there are four twin beds, two in each bedroom – a perfect separation from the main floor downstairs. My family of 6 had a lovely time and we enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood. The pool was close by and was a nice place to relax after a long day at the parks. I would recommend this place for sure.

We note that you had particular issues with checking in that other guests have not experienced and got into a major argument with security at the resort including cursing at them and being rude to our operations manager.
We will look into your concerns
Very well located for trips to the theme parks. Easy check in. Security gate entrance personnel very friendly and efficient. Condo needs renovations. Water damage in master bathroom and mold on caulking. Carpet had big stains. Slippers or sandals were a must have. I appreciated the ice make in the freezer. There were small ants/bugs on the counters everyday day and in the fridge upon arrival. Silverware and dishes were a bit limited but enough for what we needed.

Guest received pictures and details of the exact unit that they booked before they booked it, then complained about items that were evident in the pictures, such as the type of TVs. We offered to give them their money back if they did not want to stay and offered to let them upgrade to a less basic home when it became available and they chose to do neither. They stayed for the full length of their stay and demanded to be reimbursed for two nights of their stay or they would write a bad review.
We do have a variety of home from the most basic such as this guest stayed in, with perfectly adequate items and accessories, to much more extravagantly furnished homes, with numerous flat screen TVs, top notch cookware, and new furnishings, flooring and finishes.
Overall, this house was a good choice for our family themepark vacation.We stayed here for three weeks with our family of five.Checking was really easy because of perfect communication from the owner. Also, registering for our rental car so security would let us on the park was easy. House could use some updates to be perfect, but as said, our stay was great. Neighbourhood is perfect and also the swimmingpools are really nice and not to busy.Short drive to Disney (20min) and Universal (30min). Also a lot of stores and supermarkets around.Really liked having a complete home instead of hotelroom for our stay. Enjoyed having a full kitchen and used the downstairs bed/bath for parents, upstairs two bedrooms/1bathroom for the children.Also great to have a washingmachine to use.As said in other reviews about bugs/roaches: haven't seen one.And about tv's: yes they are a small size, but who needs a tv if you are in this area with all the fun stuff to do?House was nice, clean enough and had more than enough space for us. Also airco was great. Beds did make a squecky sound but slept just fine in it.Would absolutely choose this house again.

I paid too much money for a place that was not worth it. The place had roaches i asked for themnto do something about it. Someone came smd sprayed something and put stickys and nothing. I left them right where i killed them so they could see. Stated the problem and nothing was done.
The jetted tub did not function as to fill it you have to use the shower the bath doesn't work it took way too long for it to fill. And not to mention the lady hawking over everyone at the pool and not allowing anyone to have fun. We didnt enjoy our stay at all honestly. Asked for portion of my money back and they ignored me.

As you noted, we immediately called in professional exterminators to treat the home when we were advised of the issue with pests. The home is treated on a regularly scheduled basis and we can bring them back in if an issue arises. We would note that you retained all of the garbage from your 7 night stay in the home so this may very well have contributed to the pest issue. We would encourage you in future rentals to take garbage out on a daily basis so as to avoid attracting pests.
We did not hear from you during your stay about the issue with the tub, however, when we checked it after your departure, it seemed to be working. We would have been happy to help you get it working if you had let us know.
Venetian Bay does supervise the pools to make sure that all activities are safe. If people want to behave in an unsafe manner, they should find another location for their stay.
We responded to you multiple times during your stay requesting additional information and discussing the issue of the pests, however, did not receive responses in a timely manner. We were able to finalize our decision in regard to your demand for compensation after your departure.

place is infested with roches upstairs bathroom broken shower faucet even doe was replaced the next day water leak stain on top floor bedroom visible to anyone . bed frame not attached correctly to headboard one screw was holding the headboard . twin bed are horrible to sleep on the springs of the mattress on all beds you could sit and feel it. one of the twin bed in the middle of the mattress you could literally sit and you'll dip in. this apartment is the worst through the entire vacation I called every day for something new in the apartment not to mention the rugs as you walked into the living room the rug had black stains all over the carpet the roches crawling onto of the sofa and when I mention to the front property she stated that they had fumigated in march and that the owner knows they have roach problems.. the pots have black stains and where not able to use during our stay I literally went out to buy pots in which I brought back with me. went from may 3rd to may 10 for a relaxation with the family ended sick and asking for compensation for the week stay and false advertisement of the property. still waiting for a response. from the property owner .

As you know, when you complained about roaches on the first day of your stay, we our operations manager come out to assist you. Although she did not find any roaches, she did put in bait traps for you. Upon your departure, we also inspected the property and traps and found no roaches. All of the homes we manage are treated on a regular basis and we can recall the pest control company if a problem is found. You spoke to the manager for the resort about this, not the property manager and they did not say any of the things that you have said they said to you.
I expect that you will also recall that as soon as you told us about the leaking showerhead, we replaced it.
There is a stain on the ceiling of one of the bedrooms. This is the result of a roof leak caused by the hurricanes last year. The roof has been repaired, so there is no current leak and we are waiting on the contractor to repaint this ceiling.
On the last day of your stay, we did receive the picture of the bed that you had disconnected from the headboard.
We also received your numerous complaints in regard to the beds, starting with the first day of your stay. On that day, we offered to obtain foam toppers for the beds for you, however, you refused, saying that they were not good enough. Given your concerns, we also offered to let you leave and we would refund the balance of your stay. You chose to stay.
You never mentioned the pots with black stains to us, which is odd, considering how many times we attended the home to assist with your concerns.
I am surprised that you never mentioned your concerns with a lack of curtains in the home. Perhaps it is because you realized that we never listed having curtains in our listing or in the pictures? I am also surprised that you did not mention the microwave, which you called us out for 3 times. First because it wasn't working, then because it burnt your popcorn and finally because it wasn't working (again). Maybe you didn't mention this because each time we came out, we found that the microwave was working properly?
Finally, I did receive your written demand for compensation on the last day of your stay (although you had already vocally demanded compensation every day of your stay). Following the check out inspection, I responded to your email and provided partial compensation for you.

Be sure all communication is in writing. Due to Covid, we had to push out our trip. The purpose of our trip was a 2020 high school graduation trip to Disney. I failed to read that if you had to cancel then your money is non-refundable. I had no choice but to postpone to a later date. Well the later dates chosen, Disney was not opening to capacity and you had to have reservations. I had not done reservations because no one knew how Covid was going to play out. I explained everything to Angie. She contacted Darren and I was told that I could push our trip with no penalties. This was a phone call. Nothing was in writing. When time got closer I had to pay extra money because I was told it was because we were coming in December. That was not what is stated on my charges. It says late arrival. When I originally booked the condo - Covid was not an issue.
This is a nice community. We had stayed here before and liked it. There are nicer and bigger condos in this community that are cheaper; even in December. Just be sure you do your research before putting down a deposit. We spent about a lot of money on a weeks stay. The condo was okay. All the beds squeak. The 4 beds upstairs- the head boards would hit the walls if you toss and turn. You couldn’t move them away from the walls because we didn’t want to damage the beds; only one screw was holding the head boards in. The tub downstairs was black around the jets and vent (tub is a jacuzzi). Do your research.

Thank you for reviewing your stay Tabitha. You are correct, despite our terms and conditions that are very clear that bookings cannot be postponed or cancelled without the loss of deposits, we did make exceptions for guests and postponed your stay not once, not twice, but three times, without penalty (and we did not charge a penalty). We also very clearly let you know that changing your booking from low season to the week of Christmas would cost extra. There is no option to call this extra charge a change of season charge so we had to classify it as a late arrival. We also explained all of this to you when you postponed to the Christmas season. All of the explanations were given to you in writing before we changed the dates for you, I am surprised that anyone would expect to pay for low season and be able to stay at Christmas for the same price.

Os colchões das camas de solteiro são ruins pra dormir. Todo mundo reclamou. Tem persianas estragadas e não tampam completamente a luz do dia. Muitas baratas pequenas na cozinha e no banheiro. Encontramos as baratinhas até dentro da geladeira. A internet falha muito. Mesmo desligando o modem (como foi informado) não resolvia e as vezes ficávamos muito tempo sem internet. Uma dica: deixe outra chave da casa de reserva. Pelo menos mais duas cópias, pois as vezes nós precisamos sair separados e não tinha chave pra outra pessoa. Mas mesmo com tudo isso a hospedagem foi boa.
I love the amenities. The pool was awesome. The lizards everywhere were so cute. Within 5miles to super Walmart, Aldi's, and other main stores. Overall clean apartment. Lots of beds!

The location was alil far from most things we wanted to do.The place is very well kept and area always clean.Had an issue with one of the tv and they immediately answered back and fixed the issue.Overall nice place to stay.

Sometimes it took more than 30 minutes to get back into the property because of the security guards. Someone should check these guys out no excuse for what they are doing.
Love the price. The home was clean. Would for sure stay again.
Just one problem. We needed the air lower than 73 degrees. (But maintenance was affraid that it would freeze up the unit). But they did bring us fans for the bedrooms. They did what they could. We love that we were close to the pools too. Love our stay!

Good for the price
Venetian Bay is a great community. Our specific condo unit was adequate and priced nicely. Upon check in, Unit could have been cleaned better and the carpets could use a good cleaning...but our overall stay was good. Plenty of towels, dishes, etc.
