Sit back, relax, and enjoy the beautiful Lake Norman views from your own private balcony at Vineyard Point. This space is your home away from home with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Soaking up the breathtaking views isn't the only highlight of this great spot, you will also get access to the pool and are within walking distance to Freedom Boat Club. Enjoy shopping and good food? Birkdale Village is your go-to spot and is less than 2 miles away! Robbins Park is a stone's throw away and also within walking distance if you're interested in hitting the pickle ball/tennis courts, taking a leisurely walk through the trails, or just soaking up the sun in the park.

This condo is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and includes all the amenities you can think of including a washer and dryer, smart tv capability, and fully stocked kitchen equipment if you're feeling in the mood to serve up a special dinner water-side, without leaving the comfort of your home.

I had a very enjoyable stay. The condo was beautiful. The pictures on the website are accurate. It was very clean, bright and comfortable. The area was beautiful. The patio looked out on the marina and Lake Norman. There's a beautiful pool that has been totally redone and opens on May 1st every year. The owner was fantastic. He made the check in and check out very simple. He always responded immediately to any questions I had, not that I needed him as I had no problems the entire time I was there. Condo is located in a great area with plenty of restaurants, nice shops in Birkdale, and so many activities. Great stay!!!

A lakeside home away from home.

What a lovely place; right on the edge of Lake Norman, with a picturesque view of a marina. It’s also an abode loved by the owners, as they’ve decked it out with all manner of thoughtful touches and creature comforts. Sean was also a very kind and communicative host. Thankful for the opportunity to stay, and I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
