Must be 25 or older to rent...So Much Included With Your Stay!
WHERE YOU WILL SLEEP- king master, queen sleeper w/memory foam mattress, convertible ottoman twin bed, 2-Regalo Kid Cots (wt limits 75 & 80lbs).
5 Pools (3 heated) 3 Hot Tubs, golf, tennis, fishing, 2 Restaurants on site (seasonal).
695 sq ft 1BR/1BA 2nd floor corner unit
5 min stroll through neighborhood to PRIVATE BEACH for owners and guests.
Sleeps Up To 5 Adults & 2 Small Children
Check In & Out at Noon
MUST BE 25yrs.+ per the HOA of Sandpiper Cove (except for children/grandchildren, etc)
The space
INCLUDED with your stay-beach toys, beach cart, chairs, umbrella, cooler, metal detector, tennis rackets, pickle ball set, golf clubs, bocce ball, fishing poles, DVDs, books/magazines, kids art supplies and board games.
The unit is set up with these items to get you started. 4 toilet tissue, 2 paper towels, dish liquid, dish tabs, hand soap, dish sponge, bottle laundry detergent Fabric Softener Sheets, box of trash bags **Bring your own Beach Towels and snorkel gear. This is a privately owned condo, No daily housekeeping. There is a washer/dryer and dishwasher in the condo for your use. Sorry, NO pets allowed.***For info. on bringing a watercraft, message me after booking. BEACH TOWELS are not provided. The entire condo is for the private use of guests. Guests are welcome to use anything in the condo (with the exception of locked and labeled owner storage areas). There is a large deck box on the deck filled with beach supplies/toys/chairs. A Beach Cart is provided to guest for easy transport of beach supplies! .
This condo has ample storage throughout. No living out of a suitcase here. This is not a Hotel, guests wash unit towels if needed to re-use. The Condo is professionally cleaned and fresh linens brought in upon guest arrival.
5 Pools (3 heated) 3 Hot Tubs, golf, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, fishing, 2 RESTAURANTS are on site (seasonal). No Pets. 2 Car Max.

BOATING: Boat slips are available for rental through the Sandpiper Cove HOA.. Boat trailers have to be parked off site.

Please do not take towels or bedding to pools or beach. Any signs of damage to linens will be taken from damage deposit.

Why they chose this property

I love Sandpiper Cove because it truly is a beachside resort atmosphere.
It is family friendly and has 24 hour security so that only guests and owners are allowed on property.

What makes this property unique

The Lazy Mermaid is a unique place to stay because it is right on the canal. Guests can watch fish, turtle, ducks and birds. If I guest wants to do some fishing, all they have to do is grab a pole and walk out the door and down to the canal.
