Cozy house with gorgeous swimming pool,1m from the village and 15m from thbeach.
The house is a 1-minute walk from the village of Meco where you can find several excellent fish and seafood restaurants as well as some very cool bars. Bicas beach is a 10-minute drive from the house. All the beaches in this region are beautiful and with very few people. The house is a semi-detached house, with a stunning pool and garden, perfect place to chill. The house's private patio has an outdoor table with seating for 6 people. The garden has 4 sun loungers and a trampoline that will delight the kids. The patio behind the house has an outdoor table with seating for 6 people and a barbecue. There are only two houses both from my family on the same property and the house next door is almost always empty, leaving the outdoor space and pool entirely private. The house has two double bedrooms, one downstairs with blinds and one upstairs with blackout curtains. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils.

We are a family of 5. I have 3 kids and we all enjoy life. We are simple and happy. We love to stay in this house . It is always a wonderfull time.
Why they chose this property
I go to meco since I was a child. This is the nearest beach place close to Lisbon (40 minutes driving) with no resorts just nature a stunning beaches with no crowds.
Aldeia do meco has a super cool vibe with plenty of amazing restaurants and bars.

What makes this property unique
It is in a rural area with no noise just the sound of the nature, just next to the village. You don't need cars everything is walking distance. The house is super confortable and the pool and the garden are the wonders. You won't regret I promisse.
