Disappointing experience

My original rental was canceled at last minute due to a water problem. That is understandable. My niece and 2 other family members who had already arrived in Akron found other lodging. She then went on line and found another rental through Vrbo for 6 family members who were on route. The house was old, and repairs were terrible, Check the bedroom door in the main bedroom. A piece of wood was attached to widen the door but the latch was not lined up and door wouldn't close. The alignment was off about 8 inches. The beds were comfortable and clean. The overall appearance is not good. I have not, as yet, received the refund from the first rental that was canceled. I need to call that manager

Your refund was issued immediately & i am sure you have received it as i have not received a call from you and have tracking that a refund was sent, But then you are reviewing me on someone else's property that you got in place of mine. Not sure how that review ended up on my booking. If you have had any issues with the refund please let me know and i will provide any assistance needed.
