Stayed in cabin #2 for the weekend and it was fantastic. Has all the amenities you need for a relaxing and quiet getaway. Our small dog also had a great time. Great communication from host, very accommodating. You will certainly need 4wd to get up to the site, full size truck or SUV with a little ground clearance.

There is a lower parking lot and they take you up in a kawasaki mule. My wife's RAV4 AWD would have had trouble with that road. Hosts are johnny on the spot and the cabin was seclusion heaven. Just the right mix of outback charm but with all the modern amenities. I will be making this an annual stop for sure.

This cabin was really nice. The area around is beautiful. The only flaw is the driveway it is really rough but it wasnt bad getting up there even in the wifes little suv.

Wild and wonderful

Great place to disconnect from stresses of everyday life and enjoy a relaxing lifesyle. Creeks to splash in, river to float, mud puddles to splash in and dirt roads to adventure down. Everyone was so welcoming from liz, bars/restaurants, to the locals. The road up started the adventure and set the tone for getting away from it all. Id call it a primitive setting, no bells, no whistles, but just what we needed. If i did need a bell or whistle, liz would have procided it quickly. Cant say enough good about her as a person and host. Cabin #2 has what you need, laundry, bathroom, ac/fan, stove/fridge and lots of lentils and split peas lol. Cant wait to return! And the dogs loved it too.
