Nestled near the heart of UNC's vibrant campus, this chic, yet cozy cottage offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility, flying solo or for two! A walk through one of Chapel Hill’s quintessential neighborhoods will lead you to Campus, The Dean Dome, Kenan Stadium, and fabulous restaurants and boutiques on Franklin. Outside you’ll find two porches and a dining table, great for coffee and cocktails. Inside, rustic charm, bead board walls, walnut counters couple with modern touches that blend seamlessly. The fully equipped kitchen allows for dine in, and when it’s time to rest, the plush queen sized promises a peaceful night's sleep. The TRUNDLE pulls out for extra space. A refinished cast iron soaking tub takes center stage in the spacious, bathroom, a perfect spot to relax after a day of cheering, visiting, or working! The tub has a shower head for those that prefer the efficiency, The tub is NOT ideal for those with limited mobility. Be Our Guest at The Cottage, UNC.

Cozy retreat.
We loved this property! The location was great for accessing UNC and Chapel Hill. The cottage was as pictured, and while small, it has everything you could need and is clean, well-decorated and cozy. We will be back!
