Beach Front Condo Just Steps to the Water!
Paradise found on the beaches of Boca Grande. Our small complex of 32 units with a community pool in the center of the complex, is perfect for sunset gatherings and meeting new friends. Our complex has been completely refurbished and is the closest to the water you will find. BBQ grills are poolside, along with plenty of beach loungers for relaxing. We are just past the tall lighthouse and very close to "downtown". Boca Grande has a very charming and historic downtown area, world class fishing, wonderful restaurants, unique boutiques, tennis courts, a dog park, biking and so much more. You will enjoy tooling around town in a golf cart!! So much to see. My unit is on the ground floor sits a few steps away from the beach, you are literally just steps away from the water. Perfect for families and pets.
