Our meticulously appointed vacation home, constructed in 2021, boasts a spacious 1650 sq ft open floor plan ranch design, featuring vaulted ceilings and 8 ft doorways for an airy ambiance. Accommodations include a king master suite with En Suite, a queen master suite with En Suite, a king guest room, and a kids' room with 2 full-size beds, sharing a bathroom. Stay connected with high-speed internet and indulge in entertainment with 5 new high-definition smart TVs.

Relaxation begins on the screened-in front porch, perfect for immersing yourself in the island's natural beauty. Step outside to discover the brand-new in-ground private pool/spa, an outdoor kitchen, and a charming outdoor bar area.

Your rental comes complete with a 4-person golf cart, with the option to rent an additional one upon request.

North Captiva Island, accessible only by boat or small plane to a private airstrip, spans approximately 4 miles in length and half a mile in width. Over half of the island is state-owned and preserved, presenting a geo-park that remains virtually untouched by human hands, mirroring its appearance from 400 years ago. Pure Paradise

The Green Tortuga and North Captiva did not disappoint. From the moment we walked on to the island and into the house, the stress melted away and the memory making started. We spent a glorious week relaxing and enjoying pure family time. The Green Tortuga was clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. We had plenty of space for our family of five. From sunrise to sunset we enjoyed the golf cart, beach and beach chairs, pool and spa, and all the wild life. When we were ready for some down time inside the AC, we were all able to relax and enjoy movies on the comfy couch. Everything about our trip was great! We visited the island in early January (just a few months after the hurricane) and it was amazing to see the progress the island made in such a short time. This place is so special to our family and we cannot wait for our next visit.

Wonderful Place

We had a wonderful stay at the GreenTortuga. The house was very clean and provided many options for the family to be active with each other! I would recommend the Green Tortuga that loves Island life or like us that want to try Island for the first time!!

Tortuga paradise 😍

Green tortuga is a fabulous property. Well stocked kitchen, wonderful patio area with grill, fridge etc. we enjoyed grilling out many evenings while the kids swam in the pool. The pools wonderful, the kids logged many hours. The adults enjoyed the attached hot tub. The swim area was well stocked with life jackets and swim toys. Also, there were many well stocked items for the beach. We enjoyed the paddle boards as well as the chairs and umbrella and sand toys! The beds are comfortable, the house is well designed, tastefully decorated and the owners are responsive and accommodating! 10/10 would recommend!!
