Built in 2023, Powder Heights #12 offers everything: ski-in, ski-out access, upgraded appliances, heated floors, a secure garage for storage, and a large patio. We cherish all these features but believe Powder Heights offers so much more than what's listed on a brochure.
It's the feeling you get the moment you arrive through the front door. You're at home and you're on holiday. It's the grand vaulted ceilings secured with large windows allowing natural light to pour in each day. It's the stunning unobstructed mountain views overlooking the crisp, clear alpine. It's that fresh mountain air and crystal blue skies. It's the birds chirping while enjoying your morning coffee from the Jacuzzi listening to the gentle crunch from skiers gliding down nearby. It's the faint sound of children laughing in the distance. It's the complete silence when fresh snow is falling as you watch the groomers doing their evening laps. It's our views of the sunset every evening.
We love the scenic 15-minute walk home after dinner – we get our steps in while having opportunities to explore the neighborhood and be outdoors. We love our private and uncrowded ski access – we even have a little unknown area to sled or take your kiddos on their first ski or snowboard. We want our guests to experience the magic too, so that's why we poured our hearts and souls into this home. Every piece of furniture has been carefully chosen, every last detail has been thought of and we spared no expense to provide you with the most restorative and comfortable stay possible at no additional cost.

Pictures don’t do it justice it’s so special and done out thoughtfully - everything you could need Fantastic view, peaceful, short walk into the village. Only down was hiking make sure you cover up and take bug spray as as soon as you get off the chair lift they descend!

We loved this condo! It was well appointed, spacious, comfortable, and well stocked with everything needed in the kitchen. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable! Hot tub was awesome and perfect amount of chemicals. Not too much to be overpowering. I loved that someone came daily to check on it. The views are amazing! Also, pics don’t do the place justice.

This neighborhood was easy to access the ski hills (both Morrissey and Orient lifts, super quickly!) and was well equipped for our family of 5. The townhome specifically was nice, well appointed and comfortable - extra benefit of the heated garage (no cold boots!). Would highly recommend!
