The open concept floor plan with open dining area and spacious living room with Large Flat screen smart TV, look out the large patio doors to the covered lanai with dining table and seating and looks out to the screened in inviting pool with spill over spa. The pool deck has sun loungers to soak up the Florida Sunny days.

You will find the primary master king suite on the main floor with large ensuite bath with soaker tub and walk in shower. There is also a door out to the patio and pool area from this master bath.

The Games Room will provide hours of fun and you may never want to leave. This amazing gamers paradise comes complete with 2 multi arcade games, 2 Fast and Furious sit down driving arcade games, Air hockey Table, Skiball roll and Score and Basketball arcade game. Your sure to lose track of time with unlimited fun in here.

Head upstairs and you are greeted with another living/family room area with more comfortable seating and another Large screen Smart TV.
